Sky Pillar
DESCRIPTION -
Located on Hoenn's Route 131, the Sky Pillar is a tall, crumbling tower, comprised mostly of stone. High-level wild pokemon can be found here, akin to Hoenn's Victory Road. In addition to those, there are legends and stories circulating about, most of which concern the Pillar's main inhabitant: a certain green, serpent-like dragon, rumored to live in the Earth's ozone layer...
LOCATION -
The Sky Pillar is located on Route 131, just outside of Pacifidlog Town, in the southern part of the Hoenn region.
PEOPLE -
People hardly make their way through the entire Pillar; they usually lose heart after falling through its six stories, in an effort to reach the top.

According to Pacifidlog natives, the Sky Pillar is an excellent place to train up your pokemon, especially if you have aspirations to go after the Hoenn Elite Four. Perhaps you could find a useful item as well?
MYTH/LORE -
According to legend, a member of the Weather Trio is said to reside at the top of the Sky Pillar. This Trio member would be the Sky High Pokemon, Rayquaza. The green Dragon/Flying-type pokemon is said to come down from the Pillar's lofty summit in times of conflict, especially if the other two members of its Trio - Groudon and Kyogre - are involved...
