Weather Institute
DESCRIPTION -
Located in Northern Hoenn, North of Route 119 and West of Fortree City, the Weather Institute is mainly where the research of the Meteorology goes underway. Being in such a rainy, moist place, it's ideal. This is also the location where the Pokemon Castform was created, changning it's form when the weather changes.

If you're ever curious about Meteorology itself, this would be the ideal place to go. At one point, teams Aqua and Magma tried taking it over, but failed.
MYTH/LORE -
Castform was created to change along with the weather. Recently, it's Molecules have been found to contain the same properties of water.
