it's something called
WebWizard and it uses java. it provides the cards, board, tokens, and counters, but all the actions are completely manual. great replacement if you can't or don't want to buy MtGO or DotP.
1. download the application, databases and images
2. run the application
3. when given the window for logging in, only fill in the username, new user, and email if it's your first time. email will be sent to you with your password (check the inbox AND spam folders)
4. go to windows and select laboratory
5. make your own deck or continue reading to get a pre-made one
6. click download
7. pick a deck
8. if you like it, give it a name and save, if not repeat steps 6 & 7 until you find one you like
