Hold on, you cannot have a weapon that absorbs chakra. That is unfair to other characters. Change your choice of weapons and lighten up with yur justsu choices and you will be accepted. Thank you!

Due to the fact that you highly disrespected me I will not allow you to be a high rank. Take one of the elements off of your profile. Take the high level jutsu off. No to orochimaru's summons due to the fact he did not teach your character them. Two Katana's maximum due to the fact your rpc has two hands. Again learn how to spell. The japanese names for the jutsus are in the jutsu forum located in the forum o fthe guild.

Sorry but your person is too much two more weaknesses, too many weapons, and the jutsu you have are way too advanced for your character. If you dim down your character you could get a sensai and they'll teach you.

I don't see alot of the stuff in it in there. You haven't done half of the work the skeleton told you to.
