I believe this video was brought up once before. All in all, for the most part I agree with what your saying but on the other side of that coin... I am rather digging on that Extendo Arm Punch Glove Gun/Thingy @ 3:10 though, Haha. xd

I'm rather inclined to agree. Not only do they attempt steampunk, but they also have some weird vampire type thing going, too. Methinks I smell someone trying to cash in on a gimmick...
Oh, and just to say, I think I dig that net gun a bit more than the punch glove, hehehe ^_^.

Actually in an interview they said they knew exactly what they were going for. They wanted Steam punk(which the band already had that look/style before) but with their own twist because that's just what they do.

Hmm, interesting. They still went a little over the top, though *shrugs*.
Kyrenx I mean, sure, the net gun is a more practical and logical weapon, but being hit by a extendo punch glove is just downright more insulting imo. pirate
Indeed it is, hehe. I think it added to the over the top-ness in my mind, sadly.
Then again, just my opinions ^_^.
