The student council consists of strong students band together to keep trouble off of campus grounds. They are the only ones allowed to use magic to restrain another student (only to stop others from fighting however). They also have to deal with decisions dealing with club budgets and activities, as well as school fundraisers and festivals! There is no official ranking amongst members, but the main student council members (basically a 3-way council president) are Mina, Dustin, and Erin.
Other members include Shinko, Charlie, Zoey, and Shin.
To apply for one of these characters, all you need to do is be on regularly and be at least semi-literate. You'll have to give a sample of your rp skills by either linking me to a character of yours or write a sample here.

Mina Dawson
Age: 16
Personality/ Bio: Mina is a bubbly, full-of-endless-energy girl. She rarely sees a downside to things and is always trying to come up with new ideas for a festival or fundraiser for the academy. She usually drags a unwilling Dustin into her antics, and occasionally, he has to get her out of trouble. She does the most work as a student council club member, spending much of her time filling out forms for school budgets and such, much to her dismay.
Powers: Mina has the power to control and change her entire appearance however she likes, but she can only change into people she has seen before. Because of this, she has great skill as a spy and has been labeled by her fellow student council members as "The Eyes of the Academy."

Dustin Castelli
Age: 19
Bio/ Personality: He is a fairly quiet but bold guy. His main focal point, besides fighting, is being able to remember anything Mina tells him, making him very useful in the student council. He often feels like he is just a recording for the others to play over and over, making him feel a bit used. He gets angry easily and tries to cover up sadness or pain with more rage. Dustin also easily gets jealous or over-protective with Mina, since he's known her longer than anyone else. He simply doesn't want to see her get hurt again.
Powers: He has uncanny strength, able to lift anything 15 times his own weight. He can control it well, however, except occasionally when he's angry, when he may accidentally crush a doorknob when trying to open it or something of that sort.

Erin Saunders
Age: 9
Bio/ Personality: Erin is the granddaughter of the founder of the academy, Dalilah. As a young girl, she lost her mother, and while her father was fighting in the military, she had to come stay with the head mistress of the school and the woman who had to replace her mother as the school's headmaster. Because Erin now one day has to manage the academy on her own, she has to attend student council meetings to become acquainted with running a school, though she really doesn't do much. Currently, her powers are very weak, but with training, she can become even more powerful than her grandmother herself.
Powers: Weak powers over air. With training, she can become strong.

Shinko
Age: 18
Personality/ Bio: Sly and mischievous, this vampire half-breed is hard to trust because of her instinct to trick or deceive others, but she is usually truthful with the student council. She can get bored easily, but loves a good mystery, which is why she joined the student council. She loves excitement and gets easily bored with lovey-dovey type things, though she does have a soft side. Somewhere.
Powers: Keen hearing, able to hear whispers all the way across the room, but loud noises often hurt her head. There are usually no secrets that can be kept from her. She is mostly nocturnal, preferring to be more awake at night than in the daytime.

"Charlie"
Age: 19
Bio/ Personality: "Charlie," as everyone calls him, seems to be a normal, happy guy, but he apparently has a dark past he refuses to speak of. Charlie isn't really his true name, but he won't tell anyone his really name either. He is mainly used as the people person of the council. None of the others are too good at explaining situations or problems to students as well as he can, because of his warm personality. But still, he manages to cover up every emotion he has other than happiness.
Powers: None that he will speak of.
