Terra and Marine Caves

DESCRIPTION -
Terra and Marine Caves, both located in Hoenn, have no set location - mostly due to weather shifts in the region, both Caves seem to have the ability to move around to different spots, almost as if they had a will of their own. People believe that this phenomenon - what else would you call a Cave that can move around? -, is caused by the inhabitant of each Cave, Groudon(Terra) and Kyogre(Marine), due to their essentially unexplainable powers. Good luck trying to track either Cave down; you'll definitely need it.
LOCATION -
Terra Cave has a series of locations in Hoenn, though it can usually be found in the central and western areas of the region, more-than-likely on land. Like its Terra counterpart, Marine Cave has a series of locations as well; however, it can usually be found in either southern or eastern Hoenn, more-than-likely on a water Route.
PEOPLE -
Seeing as neither Cave has a set location, the presence of people is a rather rare sight. Just you and whichever legend you're after, really.
RESOURCES/EVENTS/PLACES OF INTEREST -
As stated above, both Caves seem to have the ability to move around to several spots in the Hoenn region almost as if they had a will of their own.
MYTH/LORE -
Legends speak of two mythical pokemon - the Leviathan(Kyogre) and the Behemoth(Groudon) - that inhabit the Terra and Marine Caves, respectively. Kyogre has the ability to summon torrential downpours wherever it goes, whereas its counterpart Groudon has the ability to summon massive droughts. Best be prepared accordingly - I'd suggest sunscreen for Terra, and an umbrella for Marine...
