This here will be my certing thread. I'm allowed to cert for Non-Active Colorists and CYO's, nothing else. So, breedings and the like that are from Non-Active Colorists should go either here or in Anthro!Sparky's thread. Stuff from Active Colorists should be sent to them however it is that they prefer. Next post will have the forms needed to get pets certed.
