Anyone else here played/playing this game? After hearing so much about it (including a friend telling me he'd quit playing because it was too scary), I tried the demo, and that was interesting enough that I got the game. I'm probably about halfway through now, and I like it a lot!

I suppose I haven't played enough horror games to be the best judge...but I think I can understand why people have called it the scariest game ever. Plus, the story is creepy (Lovecraftian, in some ways) and interesting.

I suppose I haven't played enough horror games to be the best judge...but I think I can understand why people have called it the scariest game ever. Plus, the story is creepy (Lovecraftian, in some ways) and interesting. Seems like a game I could really get into,I know you can't fight anything really right? just run from it/hide XD

So if a monster comes, you just have to get out of there! Plus, staying in the darkness (necessary for hiding) makes your sanity meter decrease.

I just finished it last night. Now I have the DLC to play...this might be even more nerve-wracking. gonk It's short...which is good, since you can't save at all in the DLC.

Oh lord gonk I think I almost made it to the end the last time...then I turned around and saw this THING chasing me, and I ran and ran but it killed me. Dx I haven't tried again since.

I've decided that the DLC expansion, Justine, is officially the most terrifying thing ever made. xd I've made it through Silent Hill games. I'm pretty sure I can make it through Resident Evil games. I made it through the main Amnesia game, feeling proud each time I made it through a section notorious for causing people to quit. But the DLC?? I cannot do it! gonk
