So I am basically new at roleplaying. I'm okay but not like most of you here. Anyway, I have an RP guild, and I play a villan (Along with a few of the protagonists. Please forgive me if I have made a few errors, I cannot spell.) But my villan seems to be beat too easily. I keep thinking of some horrible plot twist, that I think will last for weeks or a month or two, but only lasts a few days. (Or at the shortest two days.) I need help from a few expirenced RP'ers. Care to help me?

Could you um, Provide some examples? Why is your Villain getting beaten too easily?

Okay well the conflict is that he is jealous of his younger brother who has a better life then him. And so I made him capture his brother's wife, and within a day they got her back. My RP partner found a way to beat him and she did every time I came up with a plot. And so she makes a villain that is nearly impossible to beat and the one plot she made lasted us a year. And they're still not beat. But what I want to know is how do I make a villain that is very difficult to beat without him being a male Mary-sue?

Here are a few examples of my weak villian.
[Mathew shrugged "I'm not scared as easily anymore,you'll have to step it up a bit"
Dean stared at the demons and hornets,you could tell he was scared
Suddenly the force fields and ropes disappeared, Taylor was not powerless anymore though she didn't know it. "Let them go" Solar whispered to Mathew as Gabrielle left with Maddie, Taylor, Bradley, and Samantha.
As they left, Solar turned into her shadowy figure, she went after Bradley and whispered, "May that dream haunt you over and over again" Solar then disappeared before Bradley turned around to see who it was.']
['Mathew looked at Gabrielle "Why didn't you run while you had the chance?..now you have no chance of escaping"
Gabrielle glared at Mathew, "Call Dean back, and if you or anyone of minions lay a hand on Bradley and Taylor, you are going to regret it"
Mathew smirked "And what if I don't?"
Gabrielle had demons appear, they all surrounded.
"Err...fine..." Mathew called Dean though the headset
Dean appeared "What?..." he looked up at the demons "...oh...."]
There's some examples of how easily he is beat.

Do tell who is your villain and who isn't next time.
If I was more aware of the RP I might be able to make a decent call on things but as I see it it seems like someone is GMing or not really playing along. And you allow for him to give up too soon making it appear as if the protagonist is ultimately stronger than your villain.
We've already had a villain discussing going on in a different thread. I am sure that it is still on the first page.
Anyhow with your character, from what you've told me your character is only fueled by jealously and that makes him seem so petty. So in a way that will only make him into a slap stick comical villain you see in cartoons (Think Plankton from Spongebob, that's the saddest excuse I could think of at the moment).
Your guy needs to go from jealous to passionately angry, as if it has become his life and obsession to see to the downfall of his brother. If his life is horrible in comparison to the other then rather than steal it away destroy it.
For me I prefer a villain who is more calculating than physically powerful. So my suggestions might not work for what you do.
If the man has a daughter kidnap and brainwash her so that she believes that your character is daddy, or that mommy and daddy abandoned her and make her an enemy to them. No one would want to hurt their own child.
It's not just thinking of what to do it's thinking of what could you to do make the younger brother absolutely miserable even if it means manipulating things so that his wife thinks that he's been cheating or the next time his wife has been kidnapped she's knocked out and think that she's been raped. That would mess with her mind and leave room for your character to forever taunt the brother not only for what happened but for being unable to protect the woman he loved. Do some physical and mental damage.

Do some physical and mental damage. My character has no power to do that, he has the power to use, manipulate and cause fire. I developed him enough so that he has flaws, but he is still powerful. And I did try and change him a bit but I don't want to GM but when I try to do anything her characters can quote "Do anything at Night" Or day for the other. And right when I had the protagnonist about to win one battle she used a power that I didn't know they could do. Observe: (Me, Protagonist.) Bradley steamed with anger. His eyes glowed fire as he looked at Solar. He then realized his actions "Maddie. Go home. I don't want you getting hurt. This is going to get very messy very fast.". He looked back at solar "Where did you put my sister?!" He ripped a stalagtight (The things on the bottoms of caves.) And pounced ontop of solar and put it it at her heart "I have been tortured more then any man should. You have tortured me, my girlfriend, and now my sister. And if you don't give her back you will die a horrible death" he growled in a much deeper voice. "Now, how about that answer?" He said in the angriest voice he could manage. (Her Villian) "Sweetie, we are invisible," Lunar said as she had Solar disappear, and appear next to her. They (Solar, Lunar, and Taylor) were protected by the rocks from a strong force field. "Let's get out of here," Solar said. They disappeared into nothing. The lair soon began to topple and ascend down on them. Her villian never had that power before. And my villian, is easily beaten. As you have seen. And therefore hasn't been used

And brainwashing, hypnotism and the like isn't something that requires power. It's not a magic spell, it's playing with the mind.
As I said with the wife. Just knock her out, strip her and toss her in bed with the male antagonist, when she awakens the antagonist can go on about how good she was or whatever and she'll be left to wonder if she did.
Power isn't everything using the wits work too.
