That is Rose's house. They use the field for gardening and Quidditch.

Rose is half-blooded. Her mother is a witch and her father is a muggle.
Her mother works at the Ministry like most wizard parents. Her father on the other hand works at a show company.
The Mokean's aren't the riches people in the world, nor are they the poorest.
