I just realised the amount of gold given for the first post of the day is now 125 gold. That is not a terribly large sum in today's gaia, but over an entire year it is over 45,000 gold. EDIT: I just voted as well, earning 15 gold -remember when it used to be 10?- that makes 140 gold a day, spread over an entire year it's 51,100 gold. Not too shabby for a few seconds of effort.
I feel I've been missing out on this.
I've set myself the goal of replying or posting a new thread in this guild everyday, in the spirit of the guilds funding goal; the accumulation of valueless virtual currency.
Also, we may end up breathing a bit of life in this dusty tomb, but that's just a bonus. lol

I've been posting other places that are slightly more busy, and have noticed I acquire gold somewhat quickly. Relatively. So yeah, posting is excellent. But talking to you is hard here 'cause we just chat on MSN. xd

Perhaps we need some sort of game that we can play with just a few posts per day, maybe I can think up something based on dice, like a pseudo board game? I notice they have the classic set of gaming dice in the post action....
Though to do any forum based gaming you really need to be able to add more then one dice per post.
So I think some sort of silly little board game sort of thing would be better. I'll think on it.

I turn off gold notifications. They're annoying.
I'm reminded lately just exactly why inflation is so bad around here. I can make a solid 15-20k a day with Booty Grab, and I made 6k+ playing zOMG! for less than 2 hours. neutral

People think it's because of the cash shop, but you can't create gold with cash, it's the people who do nothing but booty grab and earn god other ways all day who are pumping more and more gold into the economy. But you can't put that genie back in the lamp so may as well earn gold yourself in whatever ways you can. Or swear it all off and live as a poor monk of gaia

I saw a Tank in the Aquarium, and the Tank said that it had pumped 41,000,000 Gold into the economy. That's *ONE* tank. I was all... burning_eyes
