Collected and very calm, Celia is never bothered by anything and is knowledgeable about the history of the 5 nations. Much of a bookworm he loves to read. Although he has a girly he doesn't mind, despite that he gets teased a lot because of it.
He also has a quiet nature about him when he is in public, but if alone with someone or in a group of people that he knows, he will chatter about the knowledge that he has obtain, because not only is he great with memory but he is also an eavesdropper. When ever it involves history of the nations or about the heroine and the adversary, he will intend to listen on what people have to say

Bio:
He was an orphan child in the country of air at the age of 4 and never knew of his birth parents. He would foolishly believe in himself that his parents would come looking for him, where he was housed at an orphanage. He never had a lot of friends as he stayed there and hated it on how each orphan gets a home as he waited for his parents that never came. He hated his life and ran away looking for his parents. He was filled with hate as a child and filled with disbelief of how long he waited for them. Until he collide with eh war between air and fire. He was caught off guard and tried to escape the fight, but time and time again, he would see bodies dropping everywhere he goes, which terrified him. As he got out of the fight a body of a man soon fell on him and made him scream with pure horror. He panicked as he screamed and trying to push it off him, until he touched the mans face with his hand that something happen. The man that fell on top soon got up on his feet looking down at him. Cel was in awe at this miracle and thought that he had done something...that is impossible. The man was about to question him as the demon slashed him in pieces. It left him scarred for life too shock to move as the demons took him away.

During his years as an experiment, He learned that he had the power of creation/life, which is how the man that he had touched was back to life. He had no idea that he could such a power. Not know of the other siblings he was curious on why these demons would want his power. At the age of 12 he was told that he was suppose to bring back the adversary, which he read in his kids book back in the orphanage that he was evil and was always known for that. He refused to do such a thing as to bring back that fiend! the demons did as to try forcing him to use such a power. But with great fury he turned into his beast form, creating chaos in the lab and managed to get away, far away from that evil place.

Since his escape he's been traveling all over the countries seeking knowledge about the adversay, when he learned about the heroine and soon heard rumors o f descendants of them are around hiding among them that human. This made him a bit skeptical. The way that this rumor is spreading, made it sound bad to have descendants roaming around. The thing is though they don't know what kind of power they hold and he wants to keep it that way and continued on his search for knowledge.

At the age of 17, he had soon learned what other things that his powers could do besides resurrecting the dead, but to heal, putting things to life [ex: a stuff doll], creating objects out of nothing and many others, but he conceals this power from others to keep hidden and discovered that he is one of the siblings. Even during those years, he wanted to be a chronomancer. He wanted to become this after he had escape that horrid lab. He was lucky to find someone who is one, which is an elf. She was rather old but had taught him many things about becoming the bearer of time.

At 19 he is to be an outcast and a chronomancer, still training his powers to control and he only wants to use this power to seek the knowledge of the truth. and how the 5 nations came to be and maybe....find the other siblings.
