I used to play those TCG's, bother Yugioh and Pokemon.
I just recently bought a Dark Magician Girl stature / figure thing to display on my computer desk. I'm such a nerd. Hahaha.
I almost wanted to play Magic before too.

Didn't play the Pokemon one, but I did collect them. Had around 5000 cards before I gave them all to my cousin. Don't know what he did with them. Wish I kept them though, because some of them now are worth some nice cash. I used to do Yugioh as well, but they started putting out some really ridiculous BS cards. As for a figurine, I want this. Never played magic. Seemed WAAAAY too nerdy.

But anyway, yeah... Magic ended up being way too complicated for me. There's just way too much strategy involved. I almost can't have just a casual playing experience. I mean... I can... but it just never felt the same as a Pokemon match or a Yugioh duel. lol

I watched a couple guys play a match back when we had a card shop in town, I couldn't make heads or tails of what they were talking about. Dueling used to be easy, but as I said, they started coming out with these ridiculous a** rules and cards and such.

xD It's not as bad as a figure my roommate's girlfriend bought. Well, she's my friend too. But that's not the point. The point is that her figure has COMPLETELY removable clothing. And she's anatomically correct too. xD
I think a lot of card games end up doing that. That's why I just stick with Dungeons and Dragons. And usually I don't even stick to the actual game rules. I just do what I want. lol

You'll have to take my word for it since I can't exactly post a picture of her here with her clothes removed. xD And everybody who walks into the apartment looks at her and says, "You would buy something like that, huh Rob?" They say that because the girl is rather small, like... as an anime girl she looks like she's 9 or something around there. I always have to tell them, "Nope, that's Christy's." lol
Yeah, I understand. I've purchased too many games though. I need to beat all the ones I have before I buy more. lol
