 Frosta smiles as Lunaria the moonduster teases Ranger the dakki about being so huge and cumbersome while they are lounging at the Kyros lake since her charges have been complaining about the cold atmosphere where Frosta loves to live so she had to move near the Kyros lake so her charges will be happy. She sprawls out near the lake, dipping her paw in the cool water lazily while keeping an eye on her charges. "Lunaria, why don't you sit here with me? the water is lovely." She grins at the moonduster.Lunaria swiftly dodged the airborne attack that was made by Ranger, her buddy and she laughs at him. "Poor dakki. You can't even catch a little moonduster." She taunts him and squealed when he almost caught her with his beak but she barely escaped by zooming toward Frosta. She wags her finger at Ranger. "Careful there, buddy. You almost tore my wing." She eyes him as she settles on Frosta's paw. "But I don't like water..." She looks up at her keeper.(will bring Ranger in the next post)

Yako Strolls the mountain side on her way to the lake. It was a warm and sunny day so she thought a dip in the cool water of Tralalo's Kyros lake would be nice. As she came upon the lake she spied a somewhat familiar blue form. She walked closer to get a better look.

Ranger the dakki cawed as he soared up high to take a short break from his friend Lunaria's teasing and spotted a familiar gray dragon trotting up to the lake. "Yakoooooo!" He cawed to announce Yako's arrival as he dive bombed at the poor moonduster whom almost fell into the water then he dove into the water. He surfaced with a laughing caw as he "flutters" over to the ground so he could shake the water out of his feathers. "Yako is here, Frosta." He chirped as he busies himself with drying his feathers out.
Lunaria's antennas twitches as Ranger is being his boisterious self and she turns her head around curiously when the dakki announced that Frosta's friend is here. "Yako?" She squeaks then shrieked really loudly when Ranger dive bombed her which caused her to flail frantically so she wouldn't fall into the water. "Ranger!!" She yelped as he dove into the water, sending it splashing all over her. She coughs as she crawls away from Frosta looking miserable and soaked.
Frosta treads the water carefully with one of her paws since Lunaria was perched on one of her paws while humming softly to the moonduster. Her soft blue eyes immediately looked up at Ranger when he cawed about Yako. "She's here?" She murmurs as she swivels her head to see if she could spot her friend. A loud shriek alarmed Frosta and she almost jerked away but she couldn't rescue the moonduster in time when Ranger dove in the water, effectively soaking Lunaria. She opens her mouth to scold Ranger for splashing Lunaria but a giggle escaped her muzzle because of how silly Ranger looked, wet.
"Ranger, you know better than to dive bomb at Lunaria like that." Frosta lightly scolds her charge as she uses her wing to fan at Lunaria to help her dry more faster.

Yako giggled at the commotion. "I didn't expect to see you here." Although she could've guessed someone else would've thought to come here on a day like this.
She crouched and then lept into the air. She pulled in her wings and expected a landing in the nice cool waters of the mountain lake. Splash! she looked up at the light coming down thru the rippling surface. After gliding around under water for a moment she broke the surface close to frosta and smiled.

Lunaria quickly scrambled away from the lake when she saw that Yako was going to jump into the water. "No no no!!" She yelps as she managed to get out of the splash radius then she narrows her dark blue eyes at Yako. "How rude!" She pouts as she flutters her wings, trying to dry them more faster so she could get to a low limb so she could stay dry. "Frosta... they are soooo mean." the moonduster complains as she contiunes to move away from the lake slowly.
Frosta grins as she watches Yako crouches, preparing for the dive and she looks over at Lunaria whom wailed while she tried to scramble away from the lake so she extended her wing to shield the sodden moonduster from more water splashing. "You are safe, my little one." She smiles over her wing at Lunaria whom is still scrambling away. The frost dragon turns around just in time to get a face full of water and she laughs joyously because she loves to see creatures enjoying themselves around them. Using her wing, she brushed the water off her face and she smiles down at her friend. "Hello, my friend. How are you doing today?" She softly says as Ranger is perched on her shoulder watching Yako.

Yako gives a wide grin, " I'm not doing too much, just thought I'd come here to cool down, you?" She looks over at the moonduster and says " Hey i'm sorry, I wasn't actually going for you...just the water" She laughs a little.

Frosta laughs as she rolls over to her side and watches Yako, looking very comfortable under the sunlight and her paws in the cool water. "Mm.. this is actually my charges' home. They share a nest that resembles hornet net just right above the lake." She says with a laugh. Most of the dragons now know that there is no hornets, just one dakki and moonduster sharing a nest." Her eyes dances with mischief. One of her paws stills then suddenly sent a wave of water toward Yako and she laughs once again.
Lunaria managed to get her wings at least dry enough so she could fly up to the tree before the water fight could reach to her. "Hmph. Its ok, I guess." She looks down at Yako with a smile then she moves toward the trunk, drumming her fingers against the wood to see if there is any sap for her to eat.

Yako had noticed the 'hornet's nest' a while ago and had decided to stay far far away the first time she saw it. She chuckled a bit at the thought of it being harmless all along. She didn't notice the small splash heading for her. It got her right between her eyes at which her mouth gaped a little in surprise. She immediately dove underwater and stayed down there for several moments.

Frosta laughs as she shakes her head as she gets in crouching position, watching Yako with a playful gleam in her soft blue eyes. But when another female gasped and ducked under the water for several moments, the blue dragoness jumped up to her feet and looks at the water in concern when her friend didn't surface right away. "Yako?" She calls out as she steps into the water little bit with her paws threading lightly at the wet sand under her paws.

Yako saw frosta's shadow looming over the surface of the water. She shot out of the water and attempted to pull her friend in.

Frosta leaned in closer just when Yako shot out, and succeeded in pulling her in as she squealed in surprise. The cold water surrounds her as she fought her way back up to the surface, gasping for the air while dog-padding toward the shore. Just when she is about to touch the shore, she suddenly spun around and pounced on Yako with a ferocious 'rawr', determined to dunk her underwater.

Yako panicked a bit as she was forced underwater and after a moment of flailing she leaned to one side and tried to push frosta off.

Frosta laughs as she surfaces, moving away from Yako with a mischevious grin on her face. "I am sorry if I scared you." The grin faded as she could see that her friend panicked little bit. "Sometimes I get ahead of myself." She murmurs as her ears droops little bit as she extends her paw out to help Yako if she does require or want some help. "Forgive me?"

Yako catches her breath and collects herself. she turns to frosta and smiles. " Yeah I forgive you." She swims to the edge and walks up on to the banks to fully recover from that. She rests her head on her claws and basks in the sun.

Frosta giggles as she smiles at Yako while her paw drops when Yako didn't accept her help. She swims to the shore and flops down without shaking the water out with a happy sigh. "I heard that if you air-dry your fur, it will help the fur become more smoother and healthier. Interesting eh?" She tries to strikes up a conversation while she flutters her wings when the wind gently blows across the lake.
"This is my secondary paradise." Her soft blue eyes moves toward Yako. "So welcome to my paradise, my friend." She says softly as her eyes moves up to Lunaria whom is flying down with something in her hand.Lunaria felt bad about being upset with Yako and Frosta when they were just being playful so she flew off to a field nearby to hunt around for a perfect gift for them.She spotted a bunch of Alstromeria flowers growing near the tree lines and she beams happily, knowing that Frosta will positively adore those flowers so she zoomed off to busy herself with getting a vine so she could make a little bouquet for her carekeeper. At corner of her eyes, she saw positively PERFECT flowers for Yako. She chirped happily as she is done weaving the vines around the flower bouquet for Frosta.
She zoomed over to Amaryllis flowers and repeated the same process. Looking pleased with herself, Lunaria slowly flew back to where Yako and Frosta are currently lounging at. "Frosta! Yako! I have gifts for you guys!" She cries out happily as she slowly makes her descent to the spot between them, looking little anxious. "This is for you." She hands a bouquet of Alstromeria flowers to Frosta. "And.." She takes in a deep breath and smiles sunnily at Yako. "This is for you." She hands Amaryllis flowers to Yako.
