More commonly known as bushy-tailed woodrats- they live wild all over the United States, have big ears, prominent eyes, white paws and underbellies, squirrely tails, and grow to be 14-18 inches long. And I now have two :3

I'll upload pictures if my camera winds its way back to me, in the mean time, I need some name ideas <3 One of them is slightly lighter in color, and is much more calm than his brother. On the first day he was already letting me pet him. The other guy is still really jumpy, but I'm working on gaining his confidence.
