Red shoes would work well, or blue. Socks would be a good idea too, because it seems that the top is busy and the bottom is empty. 3nodding

I think the blue stripped stockings and balck high heel shoes might help add a nice look to your avie 3nodding

If you're keeping the skirt, maybe some tall boots, like the goth boots?
