Island Cave
DESCRIPTION -
Island Cave, as its name suggests, is a Cave located on a small island, in western Hoenn. Devoid of human contact for centuries, this Cave is said to be the home of a legendary Ice-type pokemon. A series of six small rock outcroppings surround the Cave in the waters outside. But on the inside? A single wall blocks entrance into the Cave's next room, with directions on how to proceed in Braille language. In order to even access this Cave, one must solve the puzzle in the Sealed Chamber on Route 134 first.
LOCATION -
Island Cave is located on Route 105, in western Hoenn, located between Petalburg City and Dewford Town.
PEOPLE -
The only people that even come to this Cave are pokemon field researchers, trying to discover any with-held secrets that it may possess. Other than them, no human activity can be seen.
RESOURCES/EVENTS/PLACES OF INTEREST -
Nothing really to put, here. Although it should be noted, Ice-type Specialists have been known to come here in the past, trying to crack the Braille puzzle in order to even encounter the legendary Ice-type pokemon within.
MYTH/LORE -
Regice, the Iceberg Pokemon, is rumored to have been sealed away here many centuries ago. No one really knows why it was sealed away, although a certain legendary in Sinnoh myths might have had something to do with it...
