Sealed Chamber
DESCRIPTION -
The Sealed Chamber is an underwater cavern, laying in central-southern Hoenn. The first room contains ten mounds of earth, nine of the ten depicting the characters of the Braille alphabet. The final mound - located towards the rear of the first room - gives instructions on how to advance to the next room. In the final room, more instructions await you; these tell you what must be done in order to unlock the three locations - elsewhere in Hoenn, of course - of the Regi Trio: Regice(Island Cave, on Route 105), Regirock(Desert Ruins, Route 111), and Registeel(Ancient Tomb, Route 120).
LOCATION -
The entrance to the Sealed Chamber is located underwater, on Route 134, in central-southern Hoenn.
PEOPLE -
Only the hardiest of explorers and field researchers have ventured to the Chamber's marine depths. Save for them, no real sign of human life exists here.
RESOURCES/EVENTS/PLACES OF INTEREST -
Rumors have floated around in nearby Pacifidlog Town, about what exactly the true intention of the Chamber's creation was. Good luck trying to find anyone that knows about it, though; only a few people in Pacifidlog know about the Chamber, and they wish to hide themselves from public questioning.

The words above are what can be obtained from (loose?)translations of the Braille inscribed upon the Chamber's earthen mounds. To this day, no one really know what the 'it' refers to, although researchers have argued that it may be referring to a legendary pokemon in the Sinnoh region, who is said to have power over the Regi Trio.
