i need advice on what to do. i dont like how i look at all, and i cant find any clothes that i like on me. friends and family tell me im pretty and not as fat as i think, but i disagree. how should i lose weight? i know theres no natural way to change my looks.im currently not eating much except dinner each day but thats not really doing much but hurting my stomach.:/ any ideas, please?

You've probably already heard this but eating healthy [not skipping meals] and exercising are great ways to lose weight. Balancing your diet is pretty important. Also, don't expect obvious results right away. Losing weight is like cross country running as opposed to a sprint. Know what I mean? You can't expect to reach your goal right away. If you truly want to lose weight, you have to change your eating habits and lifestyle. It's not an easy thing, but you can do it if you try and stick with it. c:
