What I did on Summer Vacation - The Raffle It's time for a little bit of tag team action with LizzyMoo and Carneli! Six lucky winners will walk away with FREE civvies for the summer time. Interested? Keep reading! Rules:You may only participate in this if you have an existing ItnotM character with art. Sorry for any inconvenience.
Each individual may only post with one entry/raffle ticket. This means if you have multiple characters, you can only post one entry for one character total. Spread the love! (NOTE: if you won the summer vacation raffle last time, we'd like to request you use a different character this time around. If you only have one character, then feel free to toss them in again.)

Where as we encourage creativity with the proposed outfits, we'd also like to remind you that these outfits need to be something the character would be wearing during summer.

What I did on Summer Vacation... Username: Lithia_Brandon Character's name: Gently Ponsonby Character references: Civ, PoweredSummer outfit: Hairstyle: Her hair is short so it's not too easy to change, but if you'd like to play with it a little I'd be game! Like she tried curling it or some new style: whatever you think might look cute. I do like messier looks. Hairpins or decorations are a-okay. It's probably gotten a little longer since her last hair cut. Outfit: A summer dress. Light, airy, surprisingly girly. Cute heels to match. Sweet, light colors (yellow? but not BRIGHT. Cute. >> Like this kinda. Soft and pastel-y) Accessories: Gently has a silver necklace of a horse head, which her friend (and Captain) Skye gave her. She always has some kind of pencil or pen tucked behind her ear. Her glasses, too, are a staple but she has a variety of styles. Maybe something nerdy. Any other accessories are up to you! What I did on Summer Vacation: Gently went to camp. She dealt with loud, excited kids for a while. Despite that, she had a lot of fun. Of course, she also drained the kids of their energy. In the end she ended up fighting a lot of senshi, getting hit in the face a lot and eventually losing. Foiled again! She'll get you next time, senshi. She's also spending her time playing video games with Matthew and auditioning for some shows.

What I did on Summer Vacation...Username: kalindara Character's name: Kirin Thompson Character references: Super ForamenSummer outfit: Capri jeans, just past the knee, artist choice of colour. Short fluffy/frilly skirt, I'm not fussed on the style or colour too much - examples x x x. Artist choice of top, with the request that no cleavage be showing (because Kirin doesn't have any - he does have fake boobs, so there can be curves, just not cleavage). Hairstyle... feel free to play with it a bit, since I never have before. Length is the same as the Super pic above. Artist can keep his normal hairstyle or have fun, I don't mind. What I did on Summer Vacation: Kirin appears to have become Jada's tech slave. She has broken her laptop more times than Kirin feels is humanly possibly - and always in horrifying ways. Kirin is debating whether or not to mount a kidnapping operation to save the poor machine from Jada. When he isn't fixing the laptop, Kirin is being dragged out and about. Clubbing? If Kirin liked people, he'd spend time with them voluntarily, Jada. Maybe she'll eventually get sick of forcing him to be social... right? Kirin can only hope.

Username: Sleet Tempest Snape Character's name: Alexandre Evans Character references: Alexandre EvansSummer outfit: Example 1: XExample 2: XHair: Tied back, some bangs loose and hanging about his face. If you want you can have some fun with it though and change it up some as well. Shirt logo: X (not the words but the design) Shoes: Up to you. What I did on Summer Vacation: Aexandre has done a lot of things this summer. He's been sick, lost sleep, shopped and gardened not to mention he's painted and even read lines at a play. But the biggest thing he's done is join in the war going on, as a member of the negaverse. He'd rather proud of this achievement, and his outfit!

What I did on Summer Vacation... Username: Zero Dream Character's name: Darryl Spencer Character references: [x]Summer outfit: Something like this, pretty much, but sans googles. Darryl is icly nearly flat, so i'd love if her vest would be large enough to give that illusion on the template <3 And her vest/coat/thing tied to her waist should be black or white instead of green. Cargoes can stay khaki, but they should have a lot of wear and tears to them - faded knees, holes, the drill. Her boots should also be pretty worn-out. Accessories-wise, she now wears a key on a chain as a necklace, and the gloves from the ref. Her hair can be a little more wild/spiky than it is on the page ref, but the length should still be pretty much the same. She doesn't really wear accessories with it. What I did on Summer Vacation: Darryl is stuck spending the summer on St-Mags' campus since she has no family to go back to for the summer, but that doesn't mean she can't manage to have a little fun in the process. She narrowly managed not to be sent to camp with the 'babies' and instead spends much of her time skate-boarding, keeping up with her chores on campus, and combing through second-hand shops and flea markets for things to fix and re-sell for pocket money. Oh, and she's also busting faces as the amazing Hesperis page of Mercury with her hoard of good-looking dudes posse, the Knights of Destiny. But shh, that's a secret~

What I did on Summer Vacation... Username: Puhterodactyl Character's name: Griffin Westwood Character references: Student SenshiSummer outfit: Same hairstyle, except substitute her current headband for the one pictured. (you don't have to follow these to a T, but the closer the better. c: ) Outfit (it's all the same stuff as before but in one link now) What I did on Summer Vacation: Well I've been working here and there, babysitting, dog sitting, and then a stint at a summer camp called Camp Larkspur as a Junior Counselor. I spent my time at camp and afterwards doing stuff I've been planning to do all year. I've gone camping a few times with Finn (I could fit a few more trips in this summer!), hiking, mountain climbing, cycling, kayaking, fishing a lot, swimming, horse back riding... am I forgetting anything? Oh yeah! Jogging, running, spear fishing, snorkeling... Oh, stuff besides my adventure? I've painted pictures of me having adventure and photos I took during... Ah... Uhm, I've been shopping a lot, and I've been to a few parties. Kicking youma butt, getting my butt kicked... Just your run of the mill stuff, right?

What I did on Summer Vacation... Username: Seiana_ZI Character's name: Ignacio Araya Character references: Sailor EnckeSummer outfit: I finally figured out Polyvore! That pretty much shows everything that should be in his outfit. :3 The laces of the ice cream drip shoes were erased for some reason--either white or matching the ice cream drip is fine. :3 (If he's rolled, could he be on the old base? <3) What I did on Summer Vacation: I like summer. It's warm (though sometimes a bit overdone on the warmth, I'll admit...), it's relaxing, it lets me spend more time with the people I care about most now that they aren't swamped with school... Honestly, I'm going to be spending most of it relaxing and hanging out with my friends while I can, since they'll be going back to school and, frankly? I plan on heading to university too. I know it's nothing particularly exciting, but I always spent most of my time going with the flow anyway. No need to change my modus operandi now, eh?

I got a new apartment and have mostly been in the process of moving. I went camping for the first time in my life and I got my very first boyfriend! Before summer is over I'm thinking of trying to drag my girlfriend to the beach to get away from the city and the busy life for a few days. Specially since Grams is still out of town.

Her mother had booked her in for belly-dancing lessons while she was at camp because she had heard her daughter moaning about being fat and so she wanted her to do something that would work her belly muscles and tone her up a bit. She actually found that she was enjoying it and is wondering whether she will be able to continue it when school starts again.

What I did on Summer Vacation... Username: Sunshine Alouette Character's name: Paris LeFay Character references: School Kid, Powered, SuperSummer outfit: Here!Hair – Lengthwise, more or less like his Super art. It’s grown a bit and he’s taken to straightening it out more, so it’d fall somewhere around his shoulders to his shoulder-blade area at its straightest. Styled as in the reference, pulled into two braids with his bangs swept to the side; his bangs, however, are a bit longer than in that ref. See powered/super art. Color is a very pale blond (but not quite platinum). It’s been an adventure trying to get it right without it having a sort of greenish tinge or being a smidge too dark, so here’s an extra color ref if that helps at all. I would like that he not be wearing the hat in the ref, though I wouldn’t mind him holding it if that’s doable. Top – A red and black t-shirt with a nice, large Boston Red Sox B stamped on the front. He likes to try and impress his boyfriend by “supporting” his favorite team. He’s never really bothered with fake boobs before simply because he hasn’t seen much of a point in it, but now that he’s trying to keep his secret from Chris he might be having some second thoughts, especially when he’s wearing tops that don’t really conceal it as well. If he does try to fake it, it’d be nothing huge. He’s fine seeming flat chested. It’s also not a necessary addition. Bottoms – A pleated black tennis skirt, with a white stripe along the bottom, ‘cause he’d rather look cute than wear pants in the dirt. Shoes – Black converses with a single red heart on the side. Accessories – Just the red knee-high socks with the white stripes. The bag isn’t necessary; he just always carries one around because he rarely has pockets. What I did on Summer Vacation: Paris went to summer camp somewhat begrudgingly, but he had someone to impress and he ended up at least half way enjoying himself. While there, the guy he’d been sort of dating asked him to be his girlfriend. Paris had some reservations about this, but agreed. He’s been spending most of his time with Chris ever since, avoiding almost everything else that made up his life before, in an attempt to find some sort of balance, and because he really is having a lot of fun with him. They participated in a Murder Mystery game at the museum, and soon Chris will be teaching Paris how to play baseball, as Paris has discovered the finer points of knowing how to use a baseball bat, and he figures he should try to do a few “manly” things every once in a while.

Username: Pyry Character's name: Philomel Selyck Character references: student artSummer outfit: Philomel is a boring girl and has the exact same haircut she always has and a simple dress she can move around in. Solid colors preferred-- she favors browns and whites. Some references for a simple timeless dress are this, particularly 6511 with no ruffles, or perhaps something like this, though without the uniform aspects since this is summer. What I did on Summer Vacation: Philomel tidied her room again, reread some books, and replaced some storage boxes with better storage boxes. She definitely never ever patronizes the ice cream man in between, by which I mean she definitely does but refuses to admit she's a sucker for stupid-looking ice cream treats. YOU SEE NOTHING.

What I did on Summer Vacation...Username: Asahi Kumoru Character's name: Marcella Palomo Character references: student Sailor AsclepiusSummer outfit: Polyvore closet, for a general idea of styles and colors. I really like the Daytrip Surplice Babydoll Tank Top in particular, but yeah, otherwise feel free to wing it with the accessories and all. Hairstyle is the same. What I did on Summer Vacation: The hospital has been busy, but Marcella should be stepping back on that a bit soon to ensure she has enough time for her summer courses, including her phlebotomy certification. She is planning on taking a camping trip, too, but she won't say where. Hard to say whether knowing she plans to spend the night on an asteroid in outer space would freak her parents out more or less than not knowing where she's going at all. She also has been making a surprising number of new friends - enough to count on one hand.
