 Mimi looked about as she tiptoed softly through the forest, hearing the sound of leaves crunching softly beneath her foot. It had been a long time since she was in Stellaria Forest, but it was a really quiet and serene place.
Though probably not entirely neutral area, it was far enough to be deemed safe for non-Blanc soldiers to wander about. At least... as long as they weren't caught snooping about by guards. But this time of day was quiet enough, and the guards were all taking a break, so it should be fine... right?
Holding Jelly in her arms, she looked about for a nice place to sit down, and placed Jelly gently on the ground. He seemed to squeak in protest to having to be carried around, but she didn't want him to make necessary noises when unneeded. She probably shouldn't be here... and neither should Enma. But she couldn't think of a better place to meet.
Placing a finger to her lips, she motioned for Jelly to be quiet and smiled.
I'm actually really excited to see Enma again, but promise me you won't tell Loki. He might get mad," she whispered, then giggled.
Jelly pouted. This... was going to be a long day.

It's been a few days since Enma had a re-match with little Mimi which result in his defeat. Enma was quite taken back by being defeated by little Mimi because they have both been promoted in ranks. Since it was Enma's defeat he owes little Mimi a date in return because little Mimi thought it would be fun like the one she had with Loki. Enma was on his way onto Blanc territory to meet little Mimi for his date in Stellaria Forest. Hopefully Enma is able to have a nice date with little Mimi and not get caught by any Blanc guards. Enma quietly walked closer and further into Stellaria Forest. "Well seems like I've gotten here a bit earlier than little Mimi and supposedly this is her territory so how can she possibly be late for our date?" Enma said out loud to himself as he sighed. While Enma was waiting he suddenly heard faint footsteps getting louder and louder he was getting ready to defend himself if it was a guard but then stopped to see that it was little Mimi approaching him. "Oya,oya look who finally decided to show up considering this is your territory little Mimi,Kekeke~"Enma said sarcastically to little Mimi smirking at the blue haired girl.

The silence of the forest nearly lulled her to sleep, and Mimi could feel herself slowly nodding off. She awoke with a start when she felt a faint jab to her side, and looked down to see Jellybean peering up at her.
Smiling softly, she slowly dusted herself off, and got up, picking Jelly up.
"Hehe, guess we should probably go look for him. It's pretty easy to get lost in here, after all."
She walked through the forest, admiring the colour of the leaves on the trees, when a voice startled her. Afraid it was a guard, she clutched Jelly tightly, and quickly turned her head, hoping they wouldn't scold her for wandering out here alone, but to her relief and joy, it was Enma.
"O-oh, Enma!" she cried, dropping Jelly and throwing her arms around him. "I was afraid you'd get lost on your way here... or in here..."
She released him and cocked her head at his question though, slightly confused.
"Eh? But... I've been here the whole time... maybe it was YOU who was lost?" she giggled.

"Hey little Mimi,Kekeke~" Enma said as she gave him a hug."Oya,oya why would I of all people get lost huh~?" Enma said staring at little Mimi. "Nope I've been here all morning,Kekeke`" Enma said staring at little Mimi blankly.
「Earlier that morning . . . 」
Enma was up earlier than usual since he had a date with little Mimi. So he was getting dressed and ready to go out for his date with little Mimi. But before going to there meeting place in the Blanc Kingdom Enma thought it would be nice to get little Mimi something special. So Enma went into town to go shopping to find a nice gift for her. At first Enma thought of getting her a bouquet of roses but then he thought"Hmm. . . maybe it's best to get her something else she probably won't even get it if I gave her these or even the whole meaning of the word date because she's so innocent. . ."he sighed at the thought as he put the bouquet back on the rack where he had picked it up from and then returned back outside and walked past a few shops but then suddenly he stopped at a plushie store and figured maybe little Mimi would like something like a cute plushie. Enma saw all kinds of plushies like toast,lollipops,cupcakes,hannari tofu, and all sorts of animal plushies but Enma just couldn't seem to decide on what to get little Mimi until he had stumbled upon a set of plushies he thought little Mimi would just adore."I bet she'll just love these fruit plushies plus who doesn't like food?"Enma thought as he told the salesman that he would like to get the set of plushies and have it nicely wrapped in this kind of wrapping paper which was on of the selections that were available. After Enma was done in the store buyig the gift for little Mimi he then headed towards there meeting place within Blanc Territory. . .
「End of Flashback . . . 」
"Oh yeah I almost forgot about this little Mimi. I got you something I can't just come empty handed and come on this date with you now can I,Kekeke~?" Enma said as he handed little Mimi the fruit plushies wrapped in cupcake wrapping paper.

Her eyes widened as Enma offered the gift, and she only stared blankly at it, before lifting her head to turn her gaze to Enma. Looking down again, she touched the gift gingerly, before looking up at Enma again, eyes twinkling. mouth agape.
"Can... can I really have it?" she asked, with half-whispered awe. She gingerly took the gift, and proceeded to give Enma the biggest and longest hug humanly possibly.
When she finally released him, she stepped back a bit, and lifted the gift up so she could admire it a bit more, before rubbing it against her cheek with a gleeful squeal. Prying it away from her face, she snuck a peek at Enma, and noticing he was still watching her, quickly turned away, a slight blush creeping on her face.
Though she knew him since they were still pawns/rooks, Enma had only teased her, but now.. though he still teased her, he seemed... different. He was a lot nicer to her, and not to mention, really good-looking...
The thought only made her blush more furiously, and she shook her head to quickly clear her mind. N-no! What... what would Lokiki think?! Laughing nervously, she stepped towards him, and holding the gift with one hand, took Enma's hand in the other.
"T-thank you so much for the gift! I love it! She looked up at him and smiled, and tugged his hand softly. "I want to show you something. Come!"
Without another word, she pulled Enma along, with Jelly lagging behind, wondering what in the world got into Mimi.

"Of course you can have it who else is here with me besides you~? What am I just giving it to the air of course not I'm giving it to no one else but little Mimi,Kekeke~" Enma said jokingly as he smirked at Mimi as he watched her take the the plushies which were still wrapped in the cupcake paper from his hands."You really like it that I got you a gift little Mimi,Kekeke~?" Enma said as he smiled slightly at how happy she was as he hugged her back which made him slightly embarrassed but no one can ever tell weather Enma's embarrassed or not. Enma has yet to meet such a person who can tell what he's truly thinking or feeling even if he doesn't show it. Enma just kept watching little Mimi as she opened and admired the plushies he had gotten her. But then suddenly Enma noticed that little Mimi's face suddenly turned bright red and then got a little worried cause it wasn't a normal shade of red a human's face turns. "Oya, oya little Mimi is something wrong your face seems to be really red are you okay~?" Enma said to little Mimi as he placed his hand on her forehead to check to see if she had a fever. "Well it doesn't seem like you have a fever~" Enma said as he put both of his hands on her cheeks and stared straight into her eyes. "Are you really okay little Mimi cause you are oddly bright red~?" Enma said as he stared at little Mimi but then was suddenly being dragged off somewhere. . ."Oh okay little Mimi, but let me ask where exactly are we going,Kekeke~?" Enma said questioning her jokingly as he followed little Mimi as they got deeper into the forest.

"Of course I like it!", she giggled. "It's the first gift I've ever gotten, especially from a boy..." she trailed off, feeling herself fluster again.
She heard concern in Enma's voice, and turned around to reassure him everything was fine, when she noticed him place a hand on her forehead, then proceed to place his hands on her cheeks, holding her gaze. She blinked, slightly confused, and tried to smile and tell him nothing was wrong, when she saw Enma was staring at her brows furrowed with worry. His eyes, a clear deep ruby, staring into hers. He... he really did have nice eyes.
Part of her just wanted to lean into his touch, as his hand on her face just wanted to make her sigh dreamily, but this... this was Enma! He was a friend, a really close one, he and Loki. She wanted to slap herself for having such thoughts.
Placing a hand on his, she smiled, and patted it.
"Don't worry Emmy, I'm not the little Mimi I once was. I can take care of myself! But I'm really happy you care so much about me..."
Taking his hand again, she lead him through the forest, coming to a clearing filled with beautiful white lilies.
Picking up a few, she brought some to Enma, and after bringing them close to her face and smelling them, she lifted them up towards Enma to do the same.
"I really love these flowers. They're so pretty, and smell really nice! I used to always come here to pick them to bring back. I was lucky I never got caught. Miss Cook would of been really angry that I snuck outside by myself."

"Well I'm glad you like it ~ Oya,oya is that so maybe there may some others 'firsts' you'll have with me,Kekeke~" Enma said half jokingly as he smirked at little Mimi."Oya,oya there you go again and calling me 'Emmy' Enma said a bit irritated about the name but didn't show that he was angry about it or anything."yes,yes but still I can't help it but still see a little bit of a child in you even though I've known you since we were both rooks/pawns,Kekeke~" Enma said as he slightly smiled at little Mimi. "Well how can I not care about you after how long we've known each other,Kekeke~" Enma said caringly as he stared at little Mimi."Oya,oya this is a wonderful and peaceful place you have here little Mimi,Kekeke~ Enma said as he took the flowers little Mimi handed him and smelled them like little Mimi had done just now."They smell lovely little Mimi. Well it's probably a good thing you didn't get caught but whom is this Miss Cook your talking about~?"Enma asked as he stared at little Mimi waiting for her response."But girls like you really shouldn't be wandering outside by yourself if your going to go outside you could at least ask someone to go with you so your not alone little Mimi,Kekeke~" Enma said worriedly yet also hinting that he's always there to hang out with little Mimi but doubt that she would get his hinting.

Mimi giggled as she could see Enma's irritation.
"But Emmy is such a cute name! I thought we agreed I was allowed to call you that, since you always call me little Mimi." she pouted, then laughed.
She twirled her dress and spun around, creating the illusion of a spinning sunflower, before she herself got dizzy and plopped down on the floor.
"Oh, Miss Cook is this really nice lady who cooks for us in the palace. She always takes care of me and makes sure I have enough to eat. She's like a second mom to me.". Bending over, Mimi picked up another flower and began plucking the petals.
"She was the one who made me start writing journal entries and would always encourage me to train harder every single time I lost a battle. She's the reason I'm a Knight now!"
She picked more flowers, making a mental note to bring them back as a gift for her, since she knew that Ms.Cook loved these flowers. And... she was sure she was going to want to hear all about this date when she got back. She pouted slightly at the fact that Enma also thought it wasn't safe for her to be alone, but, well, she wasn't really alone. At least, not anymore.
"Don't worry, I'm not alone anymore!" she reached over and patted Jelly, who had silently followed them, and proceeded to pick him up, despite this protesting squeak. "Ever since I got Jelly, I'm never alone anymore. He's the best friend and pet I've ever had." She rubbed her cheek affectionately against his head, which only made him squeak louder, but he no longer protested.

"I thought I told you 'Emmy' is not a cute name. . . . .oh fine,fine plus I did promise you that didn't I,Kekeke~?" Enma said as he thought to himself" Oya,oya she could actually tell I was a bit irritated,Kekeke~ Hmm....well maybe little Mimi's not so much of a child as she once was before,Kekeke~" Enma just smiled slightly at little Mimi whom had suddenly turned into a spinning sunflower before getting herself dizzy as she plopped down on the ground.Enma then went to go and sit next to little Mimi whom was plopped down on the ground with all of the light purple shaded lilies surrounding her in the meadow."Kekeke,you have fun there little Mimi~?" Enma said as he smirked playfully at her. Enma just sat there listening to little Mimi talk about Miss Cook whom seems to have taken great care of her and is like a second mother to little Mimi. "Oh is that so~?" Enma said a little dishearten and slightly discouraged when little Mimi totally didn't understand that he was hinting that he's always available to go out with little Mimi and be like her bodyguard so it's not so dangerous for her being out alone. But Enma will not give up since hinting won't do the trick there's no other way but to be direct about it. Enma then suddenly brought both of his hands up to her cheeks once again and stared into her pearly blue eyes and said "I don't believe you are understanding what I'm trying to say little Mimi. I'm saying that it's just too dangerous for an innocent girl like you to wander outside by yourself even if you have Jelly. So to get to the point I'm saying is that I'm ALWAYS available to go out with you so it's not so dangerous for you to go out alone~" Enma then replayed what he had just said to little Mimi and then suddenly thought that it was maybe too straight forward and might scare little Mimi and suddenly noticed that his face was REALLY close to little Mimi's face and a slightly light shade of red appeared on his face but it was barely noticeable. . . or it may seem to be for most people.

The sudden touch made her jump slightly, and she stared at Enma, not understanding why he was so worried. It seemed like... a lot of people didn't think she could take care of herself. Ms Cook, the other pawns/rooks, and even the knights/bishops now, and now even Enma.
She opened her mouth to object, but realizing how close Enma was to her made her freeze, and she only stared into his eyes as he continued to lecture her. Her grip on Jelly tightened slightly as a small squeak of pain escaped his mouth, and she felt herself blushing again at how close his face was to hers.
"I...I..." she tried to turn her head away, but having Enma hold her face was proving difficult, and she could only stare, feeling the heat rush to her cheeks. She wasn't sure if it was from the heat, but for a moment, just a moment, she thought maybe Enma had blushed too.
She lifted a hand and placed it on Enma's, as she leaned into his palm.
"T-thank you Enma... I'll always keep that in mind. Thank you for caring so much for me... you and Loki were the first friends I ever made, and I'm really glad I met both of you..." She smiled again as she took his hands, and rested her head on his shoulder.
"I... I really really like you Enma. Thank you for coming to spend the day with me."

"It's really no big deal it's just that worry about you little Mimi~" Enma said as he thought "Oya,oya it seems like she's either comparing me to Loki or Jelly~" Enma sighed in a slight disappointment at the thought of it until suddenly little Mimi said something which surprised him quite a bit. "Well I l-like you too little Mimi and why wouldn't I come~?" Enma said a bit flustered while blushing as he looked away from little Mimi whom was resting her head on his shoulder. Enma thought it was time for a change of topics to talk about so he thought he should let little Mimi know a bit deeper about his past than just about what she knows of him before he was banished from the Demon World. "little Mimi do you want to know about me and what I was like before I even came to this world,Kekeke~?" Enma asked little Mimi as he smirked slyly at her.

Mimi sighed softly as her head rested on Enma's shoulders, eyelids growing heavy as she felt his warmth. Her lips curled into a smile as Enma responded. She wondered if he knew that she meant that she liked him... more than a friend...
His next question made her open her eyes, and she shifted her head so that she was able to look at Enma.
"Yes, I'd very much love to hear about your past," she smiled, though... she was slightly confused. What did he mean by "came to this world...?"

"Well I can almost remember it as if it was just yesterday at a time when I still lived in the Demon World and thought that the Human World was well you could say I didn't really care about it and didn't have a care in the world." Enma said as he smirked slyly as he was beginning to tell his story of the past but then suddenly thought that this was little Mimi he was talking to and then stopped and asked her to see if she even knew there was another world besides the Human World. "Little Mimi do you even know that there is another world besides the Human World,Kekeke~?" Enma asked her as he then continued on with his story of the past. . .
