I once proposed doing up a specific handbook of the characters, kinda like the 'Official Marvel Handbook' series. Originally, I'd planned to wait a few episodes, but considering the way my ideas have been comin' lately, I'm gonna do it now. So, here's more information on the characters I've introduced, and those you've yet to see.

Dragon Real Name: Patrick Known aliases: Dragon, the Wirm Lord, Mad Shadow, Prisoner #4827 Role: Tempest Haunt Place of Origin: False City Date of Birth: November 9th, PCE (Pre-Common Era) Marital Status: Single Height: 6'2" Weight: 185 lbs. Eyes: Hazel Hair: Brown Bioware: Patrick has undergone extensive gene therapy, resulting in a considerable boost in both his physical and mental performance. Roughly 60% of his blood has been replaced with nanites of varying type, and his liver has been refurbished into a biological nanite production facility, seemingly the only one of its kind. The adrenaline glands on his kidneys have been replaced with organic drug labs; the left producing Hades Red, the right producing Aries Black. A very tight crystalline bone weave has apparently been performed as well, though by who or what is anyone's guess at this point. Abilities: Fundamentally, Dragon has no abilities beyond that of a highly modified human, save for one. He claims to have command over what he calls the 'Earth wirms', which he has often stated aided him in the development of much of the underground tunnel network the Utopiate employ. However, as no one but him as ever made claims to their existence, it is unsure if they are real, or merely another sign of his oft present dementia. Equipment: A heavily modified Kanydu motorcycle, duralar weave longcoat, 'Iron Tooth' spike-launcher, Damamasa blade.
History: Very little is known about Patrick prior to his initial public appearance in False City roughly four decades ago. Seemingly a member of the TCB revolt which obliterated Olympus island, his visage was spread through much of GUL's occupied territory during the attack via the Forum Monitoring Network. It has been theorized by dissidents and supporters of GUL alike that he received so much media coverage due largely to the viciousness of his actions. By displaying him frequently, it worked well to convince many citizens of GUL that TCBs who weren't mutated by the Lazarous Protocols, were dangerous killers. This only elevated when the head of FMN was decapitated within his office in the sky towers over Capital. The security footage showed Patrick break into the office of Syphus Kisaragi, and promptly engage him in a brutal combat. Security forces arrived in time to see him tear Syphus' head from his body with the ease of a man tearing a matchbook, then using the headless cadaver to smash the window behind him and escape. No explanation has been offerd as to how he supposedly survived the 500 meter drop to the ground below. This particular instance is what earned him the moniker of the 'Mad Shadow' because of the fury of his actions and because the monitoring system displayed nothing but shadow until he entered the office. His next significant appearance was actually during the quakes which resulted in the Shattered Coast. Due to footage leaked from pirate sources, he appears less as a murderous horror, and more some sort of grim fool. There are numerous images of him, during the events, saving various people on his signature red cycle. While many reacted with noticeable and understandable fear, when presented with the option of travelling with him or risking the drop to the sulphuric seas below, most chose travel. Those who didn't he knocked unconscious and took anyway. The single most renowned image from those events, and the one which has served to severally damage GULs public portrayal of him, comes from the final days of those quakes, and his presence in the Vineyard. The image shows him standing between the GUL security troops and a mass of Stigma infected children. While many in the upper class have stated before that children bearing Stigma should be purged for fear of corrupting the human genepool, the common populace are far less malign towards the unfortunate many. Reports surrounding the image state that he arrived upon the scene just as the troops were about to 'cleanse' the poor mass of weeping youths. Standing between the troops and the Stigmata, he apparently stated they could be doing far better work attempting to aid in the rescue of survivors, rather than the massacre of ill children. When the troops refused to leave, stating they were aiding the survivors by removing this disease, he supposedly became momentarily enraged and began to draw his sword. Calming before the blade was completely removed, he made a statement of 'What must come to pass, then, I guess.' and turned to the children. The commanding officer then fired a volley apparently, indiscriminantly towards Patrick and the children. At which point, oddly, the roof collapsed, interceding between the weapons fire and the quarantined. When the rumble was finally cleared, not so much as a single drop of blood. What has been noted, however, are reports of the children and their families being reunited. Beyond these two instances, there are great number of terrorist attacks attributed to him, as well as numerous other crimes. Commonly, he is equal parts accepted and feared. Many see him as simply another killer with an agenda, though the agenda does seem to benefit the populace. GUL is highly unappreciative of his existence, and has offered a sizeable reward for his capture. That no one has remotely attempted to capitalize on that reward either shows his increasing public renown, or his proficiency at killing those who seek him. Possibly both.

Heaven Real Name: Dawn Known aliases: Heaven, the Utopiate mother, employee # 6648759, mom Role: Panopticon Diviner Place of Origin: Torentia Date of Birth: July 9th CE Marital Status: Married (Roy) 2 Children (Cassandra Heiwako Shanti, age: 6/ Dawn Chie Ahimsa, age: 16) Height: 5'11" Weight: 147 lbs. Eyes: Geode blue Hair: White Bioware: Dawn has little in the way of implants and adjustments. The standard "Lazarus protocols" have been applied to her, but this is no different than any other individual since their successful completion. Other than that, synaptic enhancements and a neural link to the Panopticon allow her to easily process and monitor the massive stores of information the Utopiate maintain. Abilities: Highly advanced thought algorithms. While normally devoted to maintaining the countless processes related to the Utopiate, should she take the time to monitor a single instance, she displays almost precognitive awareness of the situation. Equipment: Terabsorb design vest, wireless datalink, Panopticon database
History: Dawn lead a relatively unobtrusive, albeit wealthy, life for many years. Starting in the marketing division of Eura Verda conglomerate, Animatech, she was behind several of their more successful marketing campaigns. Following the synaptic enhancement procedure and the neural link implant, she conceived of a better form of advertising, that of “thought weave.” This invention garnered her a great deal of renown within the company, eventually netting her the promotion to “High magistrate” over their Jade Spires division. In fact, it was while working in the Jade Spires that she encountered a young investigative reporter named Roy. Finding his passion for the truth and his drive to better educate his audience endearing, the two became fast friends, and even faster lovers. Within 3 years they were wed in one of the most attended ceremonies of the season, with everyone from Emperor Sakara of the Jade Spires and President Galiya, Gaia Unification League , to various celebrities. Granted, this was largely due to Animatech’s use of the ceremony as a means for grand self-promotion and business coordination, but it was nonetheless heavily talked about, rating as the 4th highest watch program of the season that year. Shortly after the birth of their first child, though, things began to sour. Roy was able to uncover some unsettling business dealings on the part of Animatech, dealings he could not let rest. Dawn chose to confront her superiors with their discovery, demanding an explanation for events that we going on both around her, and within her own department. She received a flat response: let the issue rest, or lose everything she’d built up to this point. Within the week she’d cleared out her desk, her finances, and her home. She and Roy were completely blacklisted, unable to release the information to public, and treated as all but criminals by society at large. As they set to depart the Spires and try to rebuild in some fashion, the first assault by the Gaia Unification League occurred. They escaped the catastrophe as best they could, losing a great deal of their possessions and more than a few close family members. While attempting to find some means to evade the incursion forces, the trio inadvertently happened along the deep underground cable networks honeycombing the globe, and within them a mad, furious Dragon.

Fang Real Name: Jackson Known aliases: Jack, "the loooove machine" (self-imposed), Staff # 270100 Role: Top world scout Place of Origin: Hades Stove Date of Birth: Marital Status: Single Height: 6'0" Weight: 160 lbs. Eyes: Brown Hair: Black Bioware: Jackson, much like numerous other people from the overcities, has little in the way of useful bioware, excluding the "Lazarus Protocols." Rather than undergoing the surgical procedures for the purposes of eliminating a flaw, or advancing an aptitude, his body has been cut to pieces strictly for cosmetic purposes. Gene treatments to elevate pheremone release, glandular modification so his sweat actually dissolves dead skin, optical implants that not only allow for differing eye colours, but a sort of enticing glow, as well as certain adjustments to the genitalia that are better left unsaid. All the same, he does still have a few modifications of worth. Elevated stamina and dexterity levels make him an excellent scout, both eyes are fitted with data recorders, and he is quite competent as a computer technician thanks to certain neural implants. He also has extensive compressed muscle grafts, providing him with strength far beyond his apparent size. Abilities: Jackson is quite skilled at running (though Dragon tends to note "In the wrong damn direction.") Beyond that, even without his implants, he is a talented hacker, though nowhere near on par with Wired. Mostly, his greatest talent is his charisma. When not being lead about his lusty desires, his natural charm tends to get him through situations the others would have a far harder time with. Equipment: Netrek comp unit, Introjec pistol, numerous datastore chips with various information and skills saved
History: Jackson is a recent addition to the Utopiate, and something less than enamoured of the situation. A mid-level employee in one of the numerous computer firms peppering the GUL territories, he was fundamentally satisfied with his life: an alright job, more than enough cash to get by, lotsa friends, numerous lovers. He felt his life had reached a steady point, one that he was going to maintain for as long as possible. However, as the saying goes "All good things must come to an end," which Jackson learned all too quickly one day while datafiling. On a boredom induced whim, he chose to look back into some old requisition forms he posted several months prior, simply to see what had come of them. To his surprise, the forms had been completely wiped from the system. Assuming it to be a computer error, as they had simply been a request for office supplies and therefore shouldn't have been removed until the completion of the current fiscal year, he attempted to delve deeper, hoping that finding the error might earn him some points with management. Pressing forward, he found more and more requisitions having been erased, finding references to them only in other reports. Eventually, he did discover a clue, that all such forms related to a facility merely referred to as "Damacles Minor." In the hopes of gleaning some information as to why so many reports were being filed, only to be deleted with no noticable follow up, he contacted his supervisor. That particular error in judgement would cost him his precious place, and very nearly his life.
