Beginning with the death of Ryyke’s family when he was very young, his parents were killed by Mandalorians and he was taken as a slave, given the name “Ryyke Talonis.” He was their warriors’ ammunition runner when they were at war. His force powers existed even then and kept him alive where others fell. At the age of 7, a visiting Jedi master scouted and took him to the temple where he met Naku. Ryyke dropped the name given to him by the Mandos and took the name “Ronin Tsurukasa.” His training had proven him a strong padawan. He took the Jedi trials three times, passing with flying colors each time he did. Though, the masters on the council would not grant him Knight status. Naku, however, was granted the title of Knight after his second attempt and sent on a mission to seek out a Dark Lord of the Sith. He took a group of Knights and Padawans, including Ronin. After locating the Sith, the group made camp. Ronin pretended to sleep, rising in the middle of the night to confront the Sith on his own, an attempt to prove himself to the council. He engaged the Sith, eventually defeated after a long battle. The Sith held his blade at Ronin’s neck, demanding his fealty.
The others arrived just as Ronin received a saber from the Sith who demanded their deaths to prove his worth. He managed to persuade some to his side, including Naku, and engaged the others. Only three stood, in the end, three new Sith. Once again, the Sith Lord demanded blood, a combat to the death so that only one remained. Naku and Ronin killed the third before fighting each other. Finally, Ronin gained the upper hand and stabbed Naku in the stomach with his second saber meaning only to incapacitate him. He and the Sith left and the newly dubbed “Malice” healed Naku, secretly passing his new master’s teachings. Eventually Malice and Naku stood against the Sith Lord and Malice took the title of “Master” for himself. He then set to work on reestablishing connections with the Mandalorians, killing the Mandalore in secret, acting as two individuals: Ryyke and Mandalore.
Establishing a network of allies and informants across the galaxy, Malice also searched for anchient relics of the old Sith empire. Displeased by the many flaws he found and discovering a strange temple imbued with the force beyond the Outer Rim, Malice began piecing together the Outcast philosophy, eventually solidifying his thoughts into a new Order.
As for Naku, he could be found in the usual place, a bar at whatever planet he visited. His chosen place to find recruits for this new order of the Outcasts, he waited in one on Tatooine, where he knew he was sure to find someone. Using his favorite method, he kissed the first girl bold enough to sit by him and quickly “charmed” his way into her life, easily convincing her to join…but Hoshi was no ordinary girl. Her mind was focused on the safety of her sister before anything else. Surely, learning how to fight back efficiently would help her ensure that safety. Thus, Hoshi was given a tour of the new Outcast temple, where she would be staying to train…but there was something out of place. Malice could feel someone was in danger and they all set out on their first mission: finding Janlu.

Back in Coruscant, a pupil had been expelled from the Jedi Order for reasons unknown to her. Janlu was told to wait mindlessly on a bench, by her “master” who had clearly abandoned her there with a false promise to return. There she waited, clueless to the Jedi plan to strip her of the force and all because she accidentally, without knowing she had it in her, used force lightning against her master during a training exercise. At least that was their view. As for Janlu, all she knew was that she acted in self-defense from relentless attack as a desperate last resort and it was all absorbed by his saber. Still, she was considered dangerous. Only three, at this point, would be brave enough to come to her aid before she could be taken to her doom.
Malice was the first to approach her. She hadn’t much noticed him until one Jedi appeared with orders to take Janlu back. The Jedi acted in her defense, or so he thought, seeing as Malice had been Sith, but Janlu was adamant to keep peace between them as this “Sith” didn’t seem to mean any harm. The Jedi was not satisfied, intending to take Janlu by force, she discovered a new strength. The man fell to his knees, head aching from the encounter and Janlu agreed to leave with Malice. Catching up with Naku, they gave her a cloak so she could reach the ship and Hoshi while the others fought off a surge of Jedi who now knew of their presence.
Naku soon caught up. They had to leave Malice behind fending off all threats so they could escape. ---ERROR: File damaged---Shut Down initiated---
