Honestly, I like it as innuendo, because then there's so many more possibilities!
Kuro yaoi fanfiction is really the best i've seen, because there's just so much o play on and none of the characters are actually taken...

Also. look very closely at the "hamlet" play. specifically, the scene where everyone is arriving. there's someone escorting children, and I'm sure it's Mathilda Simmons, with a VISIBLE BABY BUMP.
So sebas-chan is a daddy!
