Ever wondered what our story is? Where did we come from? How did we become gym leaders/elite 4? Well you can read all about us here and learn about our alter egos. They can really tell what our character's personality is and you might have a lot in common with a trainer. This thread also contains some neat stories that might interest you in a way.  Trainer name: Wave Hometown/Region: Sootapolis City (R/S/E) ~ (Hoenn) Age: 16 Goals: To catch the elusive Suicune! Hobbies: Drawing, playing ocarina and collecting elegant Pokemon. Biography: Born in a trench in the vicinity of Sootapolis City in the Hoenn Region, Wave was always close to the water Pokémon dwelling in those depths. Upon hearing the mysterious cry of a Pokémon, he played his Ocarina. He harmonized with the Pokémon's flawless melodic voice and at once, a Shiny Milotic showed its bountiful and ethereal body. That fateful encounter resulted in Wave befriending any Pokémon by conveying his feelings through the Ocarina's sound. Always preferring elegant and graceful Pokémon over others, Wave became known for his majestic style. His ability, an exceptional and rare one at that, was perfect for an important job. A job which required sacrifice and dedication, a Pokémon Ranger! He became thus, and the Milotic being his partner Pokémon. In the meantime, seeing how Pokémon Trainers were becoming so popular, he decided to take up Pokémon battling as a second job. The other rangers felt it wasn't that bad of an idea judging from his love towards being a ranger so on he went. He carved his way through being the Elite Four Champion in no time seeing as how his skills were still unrivaled!  Trainer name: Itchy Age: 28 Hometown/Region: Route 44 ~ (Johto) Relationships with other trainers: Estranged apprentice of Lance and acquaintance of Clair Goals: "Winning." Hobbies: Training on Mt. Silver, hiking, keeping a sketchbook-Pokedex of encountered Dragon Pokemon Biography: Somewhat distant relative of both Lance and Clair, Itchy was welcomed as an apprentice to Lance alongside Clair as a teenager. In contrast to the beautiful, feminine Clair, she always the tomboy of the two apprentices and oftentimes got mistaken by elders of the dragon clan as a boy. The training was not easy, but the experiences they had training their Pokemon and themselves, traveling across regions, and learning were unforgettable. As students, Clair and Itchy got along like sisters, but the gap in their skills quickly became apparent. After Lance's favour of Clair became apparent, Itchy became jealous and one day stormed off in the midst of training in the northern Unova Region. Her gradually developing rage and lack of composure at and up until that point convinced Lance that she was not fit to be a gym leader and ended her training. Before sending her home to her family's small cottage on Route 44, though, he taught her a lesson in the necessity of teamwork and benevolence by feigning her abandonment in Unova's Victory Road. Alone for a seemingly endless night, Itchy found companionship with an equally ill-mannered Deino (not before getting in a rather violent scuffle with it resulting in a scar across her face, though), and brought him home as her first real Pokemon after her exile from Lance's apprenticeship. After years of training, she became frustrated at her failure to complete Lance's training like Clair and remained eager to prove herself as the better of the two. To this day, her relationship with Clair is still one of rivalry, but the tension between them has eased and Itchy now makes more frequent, friendly visits to Blackthorn. In skill, the two are about matched, and enjoy engaging in friendly battles. However, Itchy has not spoken to Lance since her expulsion from his apprenticeship, and still holds hostile, bitter feelings towards him. It is said the helm she wears as a hat is the skull of a deceased Dragonite that she kept to spite him.  Trainer name: Ophelia Hometown/Region: Opelucid City (white) ~ (Unova) Age: 18 Goals: To be secure in her own skin. Hobbies: Drawing every pokemon she sees. Biography: Her mother was a pokemon breeder, and her father a pokemon trainer, as such it seemed only natural to Ophelia that she would grow up doing both. At an early age, Ophelia's psychic powers began to manifest in the form of prophetic dreams. As she grew into adolescence, she began to be able to sense nearby pokemon and people, even control them at times. However, during her first attempt to defeat the Unova league, it became apparent that Ophelia's discipline would not be adequate for the rate her powers were escalating. Because of this incident, she was a planned target for kidnap by team plasma because of an accidental pokemon injury that occured. Ophelia began training to restrain her powers as she traveled with her pokemon through the various regions. Being inexperienced in psychic arts, there were several 'incidents' where her powers damaged the people, pokemon and buildings around her. Because of the disorienting and conflicting nature of her abilities and life, Ophelia is very indecisive and unaware of herself. She is withdrawn because of the harm she's inadvertently done to others, even morose at times. For the previous year after becoming an elite four member herself, she's become closer to Grimsley, whom she trains her pokemon with in secret.  Trainer Name: Maffy Hometown/Region: Hearthome City ~ (Sinnoh) Age: ?? Goals: To travel and meet all the Pokemon she could find. Hobbies: Playing Video Games, Drawing, and Playing with Pokemon. Biography: Maffy was raised in Hearthome City during the early years of her childhood. She was a kind-hearted girl who loved Pokemon. Maffy always went to Amity Square where she walked and played with the baby Pokemon there. Maffy looked up to Fantina who was like a second mother to her. She always played with Fantina's Pokemon and watched her compete in Super Contests. Maffy's parents ran the cathedral and Maffy never knew what that place does. She did see a lot of sad faces there and wondered why everyone there was sad. When Maffy grew up, she learned that that was the place where people and Pokemon pray for the Pokemon that passed on. She felt so sorry for everyone there, and she always stops by to cheer everyone up in some way, shape, or form. Maffy was known by everyone so she could connect with everyone easily. Maffy decided that it was time to leave the city to embark on a journey to defeat the Sinnoh League. Maffy trained with her Pokemon almost everyday. She had a certain like for dark typed Pokemon, but she still loves all Pokmon of all types. Maffy won every gym battle with ease and defeated the Elite 4 without breaking a sweat. However, when she battled Cynthia, she had a hard time trying to win the battle. Maffy never saw anyone that had a chance against her. She loved the entire battle, and had a lot of fun. Maffy did win, but with only one pokemon left, she knew she had to train even more. She left Sinnoh and decided to embark on a new journey to become stronger and meet all the different types of Pokemon.  Trainer name:Serena Hometown/Region: Sootopolis City ~ (Hoenn) Age: 23 Goals: To teach trainers that it is not just all about power and that pokemon are more then just fighting machines. Hobbies: Reading, Training, Playing with her pokemon, Breeding her pokemon Biography: Originally from Sootopolis, she was going to become a guardian to the cave of origins and was given a Skarmory to train from a very young age. Needless to say she took the job rather seriously as she got older and no one was able to by passed her and her pokemon. One day however, Team Magma invaded to try and get to the legendary sleeping pokemon. She fought plenty of the grunts and then Maxie himself. It was quite the grueling battle and even though she was stocked with enough healing items, it was ironic that Maxie's Mightyena was able to strike the final blow to her Skarmory, thus causing it to faint. Chaos erupted afterwords, and after he left, she swore to get revenge. Serena, for the first time, left the city. She was 15. Traveling first through Hoenn she happened across Steven. The two hit it off quite well and told each others stories. Towards the end of their first meeting, he gave her a Beldum. That is when she decided to raise steel typed pokemon. After traveling Hoenn to no avail, she went into Unova and encountered the rest of her team including a few other members she will use occasionally. This time, however, she decided she would try the league out and found it for the most part, relatively easy, especially after her Metang fully evolved into Metagross. Once she passed her way to the elite four, she heard news of Maxie's defeat and though a bit upset that she was unable to get her revenge on him. She instead changed her goals to wanting to teach trainers that not everything is about brute force and that they are our friends, not mindless battle machines. She beat the elite four and the champion and turned to the other leagues before eventually being offered to join a special kind of league, in which she accepted.

 Trainer name: ~Lucky~ Hometown/Region: Rifure Village ~ (Kanto) Age: 21 Goals: To teach trainers and Pokemon alike the meaning of companionship. Hobbies: Drawing, Napping, Exploring Biography: Lucky never payed much attention to battling when she was younger. She mostly enjoyed the fun times with her Pokemon, whilst watching them grow. She studied being a Pokemon Nurse at university. Until she did field studies, that Lucky watched a trainer's Lopunny use Healing Wish to help it's injured partner, and learned then that all creatures understand the power of teamwork. Distracted from the battle, Lucky went back to work, finding a Buneary of her own, injured in the wild. She knew the encounter with Buneary was more than a coincidence, and took it to her home. She healed the Buneary, but she found a bonding with it, and reluctant to let it go, she made excuses that it was still too injured to be released yet. But guilt came to her eventually. As the Buneary bounced around her home in the morning sun, Lucky knew it was time to bring it to its own home, in the forest. The Buneary smelled the wild forest flowers, and the air was still as clean as it was that day Lucky found her Buneary friend. But as the Pokemon was distracted, Lucky knew it was her time to leave, writing the last entries in her medical study on the Buneary's health, Lucky's own ears twitched as the breeze changed. She looked up to find the Buneary gone. With a bittersweet note in her heart, Lucky left the forest. For Lucky's Pokemon Nurse exam, she was required to work at the Pokemon center to care for injured Pokemon, to test all her skills and knowledge, there, a trainer brought in an injured Buneary, frustrated with the rabbit Pokemon, the trainer released it in the center. Lucky was healing the bunny, and found the same scar on its palm from the Buneary in the forest. Reunited with her friend, Lucky saw no reason to let it go, as the Buneary wanted a partner just as much. Lucky discovered her Buneary had a love for battling, contest, and singing (aka.TM Round); soon evolving into a Lopunny under her care. Lucky still attending the nurse school, became a leader due to her expertise in Pokemon and battles. Determined to show trainers that victories don't lie in blind force, but in friendship, teamwork, and love- Lucky and her Lopunny, Lawful, reside at the gym, where they fight with a bond in their hearts.  Trainer Name: Chance Age: 15 Hometown/Region: Accumula Town ~ (Unova) Relationships with other trainers: Gold Hearted Bunny; his Gym Leader. Ryneck; Chance's bitter rival, also a poacher. Goals: To help people and Pokémon and become a Pokémon ranger Hobbies: Exploring wilderness, Assisting Pokémon rangers, helping traveling trainers, and helping wild Pokémon. Biography: Chance is a 15 year old, normal type gym trainer. He is also a volunteer for the League of Pokémon Rangers across Unova, Sinnoh, Hoenn and Johto. Chance is a frequent traveler and offers assistance to Pokémon rangers in the wilderness. He hopes to become a Pokémon ranger and make the world a better place for people and Pokémon. Chance likes helping people out and expresses teamwork through words and battle. Chance is impetuous, foolhardy, and passionate but he always tries to make the right decisions for People and Pokémon. Chance hates Pokémon thieves and poachers. He also hates trainers mistreating their Pokémon. Chance’s partner Pokémon is a Watchog named Ranger. Ranger is an observant Pokémon who is always by Chance’s side except to help Pokémon or when Chance orders him to scout. Ranger is cautious Pokémon and seeks opportunity in any situation. Ranger likes sight-seeing, he goes on top of hills or mountains to see the landscape stretching for miles. He also likes Morse code and sometimes communicates with it by flashing his luminescent yellow bands on his body. Unfortunately, Chance doesn’t understand Morse code very well so Ranger uses it to communicate with Pokémon rangers. Background: Chance grew up in Accumula Town in the Unova region. Chance was a bright student in school but education never interested him, he wanted to learn and explore the world. When he was 9 years old, Chance skipped School one day to travel up a hill nearby where he first met Ranger, his first Pokémon. As all other Pokémon trainers, Chance became an independent at 10 years old and set off a journey to challenge the Unova League. His ambition to challenge the Pokémon League faded when he lost multiple times at the Nimbasa City Gym. Discouraged (and realizing how much he hate Emolgas), Chance felt that he should be better at Pokémon battles and enrolled himself at the Pokémon Academy at Striaton City. He studied Pokémon knowledge, battles, and wilderness studies for 6 months at the academy. After studying at the academy, Chance traveled in the Northeast wilderness area of Unova where he encountered many Pokémon rangers. Short-handed, Chance decided to assist them to protect wild Pokémon from poachers. Earning a good reputation from the rangers, Chance was encouraged to join the League of Pokémon Rangers to help tame natural habitats. Chance enlisted but he was required to take a test to qualify to become a ranger. Chance failed the test the first time because he was tested on signals and Morse code. Chance studied again to take the test the second time. This time Ranger tutored Chance on Morse code. Unfortunately, Chance has poor study habits and failed the test the second and third tests. Chance was offered an option to become a ranger without having to take the test: he can become a volunteer where he can assist other Pokémon rangers in Unova, Sinnoh, Hoenn, and Johto. If Chance volunteers for one year and receive recommendations from other Pokémon rangers across other regions then he can qualify to become a ranger without taking the test. Chance took the offer and became a volunteer for the Ranger League. Since then, Chance travels across the regions offering assistance to Pokémon rangers. Chance also provides assistance to traveling trainers and wild Pokémon. One day while on patrol, Chance encountered a trainer name Gold Hearted Bunny who needed assistance setting up a Pokémon Gym for her league. Chance helped her out and she offered Chance to be a member of her gym as a thanks. Chance accepted and became a gym trainer. During his off-duty hours, Chance leaves the gym to perform his volunteer services but he also practices Pokémon battles.  Trainer Name: Miguel Age: 18, indefinitely Hometown/Region: Remote island off the coast of Cinnabar ~ (Kanto) Relationships with other trainers: Co-Owner of the Ghoul Badge, along with Dusk (Sermaster2); Brief acquaintance of Blaine Goals: To Rest in Peace through an array of intense battles Hobbies: Reading, Writing, Double Battling, Thinking Biography: Born into a time of little technological advancement, there was a bare minimum to keep Miguel entertained enough to stay indoors, so he spent a lot of his time traveling to Cinnabar Island, where he would watch what he thought of as 'chess' between two trainers and their Pokemon. It was there that a love for battle developed. With the years passing, and battles numbering into the hundreds, Miguel had finally found his passion- To engage in nothing but the most heated battles with the most skilled trainers, of which among them was a talented young child who had an ample affinity for fire types. Miguel later took this child as somewhat of a student in the art of such battles. Miguel was fortunate to have seen his student mature into a fine trainer, for he would have to leave to Johto for half a year to work voluntarily as a park groundsman in the newly opening National Park. Though voluntarily, this would mean abandoning his passion for some time, so naturally, he wasn't all too in favour of it. After the six months had come and gone, with nothing but battling in his mind, it was time to return home. Elated to see what would become of his student, Miguel quickly rushed to Cinnabar island, failing to notice the the destruction that lied ahead. The research mansion that was being built was now in ruin. Not a single house stood where it once was, and the gym that was under construction was nothing but the sad, broken remains of its former self. There was an old notice on the floor, covered in ashes. It read: 'Volcano Eruption Warning- All residents of Cinnabar Island are to evacuate before the date of July 7th. We regrettably in m you th we re cluded iol t Missi... The rest was illegible... Desperately looking around for some closure to the many questions that had arisen in an instant, Miguel noticed a little cave on the Cape of Cinnabar. Rushing into it with hope of finding someone, something, he spotted a lone silhouette, dead still in the shadows within. Closer inspection revealed a well dressed man, in his early fifties. Waist-coat, well-groomed mustache, opaque spectacles, and a cane. Before Miguel could begin to talk, he heard a voice coming from the well dressed man: 'M-Miguel... Is that... you? My mind, must still be foggy from the ashes... It could never be you! How many years...' Confused, bewildered, bedazzled, Miguel sat down to assess his situation before asking the next question: 'Blaine... Exactly how long has it been since I left for Johto. Blaine answered 'About fifty good years'. Looking at his reflection in a puddle ahead, it was evident that Miguel was nothing of a veteran in appearance, and retained the look of his 18 year old self, who journeyed to Johto. 'But why?', he asked. Blaine answered 'On the ferry to Olivine, there was a rough storm, and everyone on board disappeared. Every year afterwards, we've been holding a memorial for the passengers and the crew... You were on that ferry'. 'But how- Why- When? How is it that I have not yet aged?', Miguel mumbled. Blaine, looking just as discombobulated, fished out an answer. 'I remember Agatha and Sabrina conversing of spirits who remain in the realm of the living even after death, to accomplish something unfinished. Perhaps this is the case.. Within a breath, Miguel put the pieces together, and realized that to pass into the realm of the dead, and rest ad infinitum, He must travel the world, facing the strongest of trainers, as he had always wished. ... 'But the world is so grand! It could take an eternity before I find a battle intense enough to put me to rest'. This is where he gazed upon a shadow drawing nearer and nearer. It was the figure of a black-hooded man with a scythe, wings stripped of their feathers, and a Pokemon that resembled a Chandelier. 'You look bored' the man asked. 'Would you be interested in joining me, along with others, in a League Of The Elements, where you're guaranteed nothing but skillful opponents and hard-fought battles?' So arrived the start of a new adventure for Miguel. The quest, to be put to rest...  Trainer name: Dusk Age: 15 Hometown/Region: Ecruteak City ~ (Johto) Relationships with other trainers: Co-owner of ghost gym with Miguel (Caerulea Glacialis). Also brother of Morty. Goals: Getting 5 stars on Trainer Card. (3/5 stars gained) Hobbies: Spriting, Training, Shiny Hunting, and Reading Various Books. Biography: Dusk is a serious person who has a dark personality, yet he is kind a friendly towards the good. He looks evil, but he really is a nice person who gets misunderstood. Nobody knows what he really looks like under his hood except for the man who raised him. Not even his brother Morty knows as they were separated by a storm at sea at birth. Dusk landed at a beach near Fuschia City and was raised by a man named Mr. Fuji while Morty appeared at Littleroot Town and was found by a Kimono Girl from Ecruteak City. Dusk later grew up and went off on a journey around Kanto. He challenged the Pokemon League and defeated its champion. Dusk eventually traveled to Johto and reunited with his lost brother at Ecruteak City (Dusk had a photo of his brother who looked like the man he reunited with). There, they caught up on their past lives. Dusk eventually had a battle with his older brother and lost, but he never gave up. Dusk then set out to the Unova Region and trained his Pokemon at the Celestial Tower, and that's where he met his trusty Litwick who was apparently teased at by its fellow pokemon because of its alternate color. Dusk raised the Litwick as his partner and traveled around the world meeting new pokemon and people. When Morty became a gym leader, Dusk traveled to Mt. Pyre to study the different ghost type pokemon that live there. There he discovered a new species known as Dusknoir which evolve when traded holding a mysterious item. This discovery allowed trainers worldwide to raise their Dusclops into powerful Dusknoir. After his discover, Dusk traveled to Sinnoh to challenge the region's league. He lost to the champion Cynthia and took it hard, but Dusk began to train even harder than before. The rematch with Cynthia was intense and Dusk finally won with his newly evolved partner, Chandelure. He was entered in the Hall of Fame and was offered to become the champion again. He declined again however in order to travel a bit more. After his victory, Dusk went off to the Ruins of Alph to study the writings among the buildings. Dusk discovered that the Ruins of Alph, the Solaceon Ruins at Sinnoh, and the Sinjoh Ruins are all connected to the pokemon known as Unknown. After his discovery, he went back home to study more about the Unknown. To this day, Dusk is currently living in his home at Ecruteak with his brother, Morty. Morty and Dusk began to plan the refurbishing of the Burned Tower at Ecruteak. They plan to make it a big as the Bell Tower near Ecruteak City in honor of the three that perished in the old Burned Tower. Dusk had many accomplishments in his lifetime, and was looking forward to the future with confidence. He is still lonely, however, looking at his old photo of his family all the time. The sea storm separated Morty and Dusk from their parents, and their parents were never found. Dusk still has hope that they are out there, and continues to journey around the world to look for them. Dusk became a Ghost type Gym leader just like his brother in a region far away from Johto along with his friend, Harley. It is said that Dusk travels around the region still looking for his parents to this day...

 Trainer Name: Flare (oxymoron i know XD ) Hometown/Region: Icirrus City ~ (Unova) Age: 15 Goals:To find and capture Kyurem Hobbies: Obsessive gamer,Origami, Making Snowflakes. Biography: Flare grew up in Icirrus city while admiring the gym leader, Brycen. Once Flare grew to the right age, he was given his first Pokemon, Cryogonal. When he finally finished most of the gyms in the region, he started to see the talent in himself. After Flare defeated the Elite 4, he started to venture out on a new journey. But before Flare did that, he went to the battle institute to test himself. After a few tests and battles, he finally achieved the master rank! When Flare was about to set off to the Hoenn region, he received an offer he could not refuse...  Trainer name: Noah Hometown/Region: Driftveil City ~ (Unova) Age: 17 Goals: Becoming a Gym Leader and training every Ground Type Pokemon Hobbies: Spriting, Training, Breeding, Helping Others Biography: Noah was born to to be a lucky trainer because her Grandpa, Clay, was a Gym Leader. When Noah was little, not many kids played with her because she was so competitive. She used most of her Pokemon as fighting machines instead of family. But after years of battling, she finally understood that Pokemon can be family and fighting partners. When she caught her first Pokemon, a Drilbur, she set her mind to becoming part of the Elite Four someday... maybe even the champion. When she finally left Unova for Sinnoh to see her Grandma Bertha, Noah learned more things about Ground type Pokemon, because Bertha was the Ground type trainer of the Elite Four. After a year of living in Sinnoh, she moved back to Unova. When she got back, her Grandpa told her that he was going to be retiring from Pokemon battling because he wasn't getting that battling "edge" anymore. So he asked Noah if she wanted to take her place. She accepted the offer with gratitude and became the new Gym Leader. After becoming a Gym Leader, she met new trainers with bright ideas and many Pokemon.  Trainer Name: Slice Hometown/Region: Castelia City ~ (Unova) Age: 23 Goals: To have bugs be recognized around the world as the versatile, wonderful pokemon they can be. Hobbies: Catching bugs, Spinning webs, Listening to music. Biography: Growing up in Castelia, Slice was no stranger to bug type pokemon. Spending a lot of time in the Castelia gym and watching Burgh battle inspired him to raise bug pokemon as well, not at all happy with the icky reputation that bugs have gained over the years. Sure sometimes they are creepy crawly creatures with sticky webs and fuzzy antennas, but that's why bugs are so cool! Raising bug pokemon and trying to show the community that they are great pokemon and wonderful companions was always Slice's goal, and so he worked at it day after day raising various bug pokemon for his purpose. He had lots of fun doing it as well. Traveling from city to city to raise bug pokemon awareness, Slice was leading a pretty good life until the day he was captured by Team Plasma. Why they chose him, he'll never know, but he was to become the subject of a series of genetic experiments, involving bugs of all things. It was a painful and horrible process which he barely survived, actually dying on the operating tables more than once only to be revived by the cruel scientists determined to not to let this specimen perish like the others. Weak and battered, Slice was about ready to give up on life, but one loose restraint and a second wind was all he needed to let his rage take over and escape, destroying the equipment and data in the process to prevent this from happening again. And while he escaped with his life, Slice did not get out without unscathed. For now he had the body of a spider from the waist down, and insect wings sprouting from his back. A tragic setback, but nothing was going to set him back. Slice continued to dedicate himself to his bugs and raising awareness, becoming the bug type gym leader of the elemental league where they seemed to welcome him despite his freaky condition.  Trainer Name: Grace Hometown/Region: Floaroma Town ~ (Sinnoh) Age: ?? Goals: Planting different seeds around the world to protect the future and its environment. Hobbies: Planting, training, etc. Biography: Grace grew up in Floaroma Town ever since she was a little girl. Her parents worked at the Valley Windworks studying the Drifloon that appear out of nowhere on certain days. While her parents are away, Grace traveled to the meadow alone when suddenly, she heard a baby pokemon's scream. She ran to the source of the noise to find a man with blue hair carrying a baby Shaymin towards a big plane. Grace immediately ran towards the plane unnoticed and smuggled the Shaymin out before the plane took off. From then on, Grace took care of the Shaymin who saw Grace as a mother. Together, they are inseparable and life-long partners. As Grace traveled the meadow, she saw two men polluting an area with scrap metal that came from the Fuego Ironworks. Immediately, she tried to stop them, but the men immediately grabbed the girl and tied her up. You see, in Sinnoh, it is INCREDIBLY illegal to pollute anywhere in Floaroma Meadows as it contains some endangered Pokemon. The men tied the girl up so that they won't get arrested by the police. Poor Shaymin saw the trouble and immediately went into action. The Pokemon absorbed almost all of the toxic wastes and used seed flare which destroyed the vehicle and the rest of the toxic wastes that the two men had. The men ran away in terror and they were never seen again. Grace saw the terror of pollution by looking at the place where the toxic wastes have touched. Immediately the plants began to die and a lot of Pokemon cried in terror. Grace ran back to her house and grabbed a small bag. She came back and planted the contents of the bag. She knew it wasn't enough, but the area would be beautiful and lush again. Years went on as Grace trained to become stronger with her Shaymin and her new Pokemon. After beating the Sinnoh League, she came back to the place that started it all. The whole area was the most beautiful sanctuary in the meadow and it was full of vibrant pokemon and beautiful plants. Grace saw the work she has done and immediately set off with a goal to bring life around the world with seeds and her Pokemon. During her travels, she met a trainer named Wave (AquaDuelist). They talked and talked until the elemental league was brought up. Wave asked if she wanted to join as a gym leader considering the strength of her and her Pokemon. Grace accepted with gratitude and set off on a new chapter of her life with her partner, Shaymin.  Trainer Name: Skyler Hometown/Region: Mistralton City ~ (Unova) Relationships with other Trainers: Brother of the Gym Leader, Skyla. Age: ?? Goals: To fly with his fellow Pokemon. Hobbies: Flying, Training, Drawing, Swimming, and Eating. Biography: Skyler grew up in Mistralton City during his childhood. As a child, he would usually sneak onto a plane to view the beauty of Unova on the air. Skyler did get into trouble from time to time doing this, because his parents were worried about where he wondered off. If Skyler wasn't on a plane, he was probably on the top of Celestial Tower. He loved the sight and height of the top of the tower. Skyler felt like he was the king of the world when he was up there. Skyler and Skyla were also great siblings. They did everything together from climbing trees to playing with their Pokemon. They both loved Pokemon, especially flying types. Skyler loved to fly with a Pokemon with his sister and they would usually race in the air. When they both grew up, Skyla went off to be the city's gym leader while Skyler went to train around Unova to meet different flying typed Pokemon and challenge the Unova League. Skyler did manage to beat every Gym Leader with ease except Skyla who was just as strong as he was. Skyler lost the first match, but with training harder and harder, he won a very close match with her. Skyler was happy and filled with joy with his victory, and thanked his sister for an epic battle. Skyler traveled to the Pokemon League and felt ready to challenge the Elite 4. He challenged and defeated all of the Elite 4, but he lost to the Champion of Unova, Alder. Skyler was disappointed, but he never gave up. He trained every day and night until he felt that he was ready succeed. Soon he re-challenged the Champion and won by one pokemon, his Staraptor. Skyler was happy with his victory, and decided to set off on a new journey. He traveled around the sky by flying on his Staraptor. Skyler knew that he wanted to get stronger so he left towards a new region. There, he challenged the Elemental League and noticed the great power that each trainer had. Skyler eventually joined the League as a Gym Leader in order to get stronger like his sister who trained just like he did in order to beat her brother.

 Trainer Name: Alain Age: 19 Hometown/Region: Pewter City ~ (Kanto) Goals: To become the worlds greatest rock type trainer. Hobbies: Training. Mountain climbing. Biography: As a child Alain Had always looked up to all the great rock type trainers of the world. As he grew older he had come to realize that none of them are nearly as powerful as he had always imagined. They were constantly beaten by people just starting there adventures, posing no threat to the other trainers in the pokemon world. At the age of 16 he decided that if nobody else would master rock pokemon, that he would. He set off to Mount Silver, without any pokemon. It was there he found His first pokemon, a larvitar. After a year of training in mount silver, toughening himself along with his new friend, he decided to set out to find more rock type pokemon to add to his team. He uncovered fossils and explored other regions. at the age of 19 he has returned to civilization. ready to crush the unprepared with his still evolving team of rocks.  Trainer name: Ben Hometown/Region: Veilstone City ~ (Sinnoh) Age: 16 Goals: Becoming a Gym Leader and training every Electric Type Pokemon Hobbies: Looking for Shiny Electric Pokemon. Biographies: Ben was born to a family of Electric Type trainer, his cousin Volkner was a Gym Leader. When Ben was little he used to see Pokemon as family and not as fighting partners. But after years of seeing his cousin fight he understood that Pokemon can be family and fighting partners. When he caught his first Pokemon, a Shinx, he set his mind to becoming a Gym Leader someday. When he moved to Unova he met many new Pokemon and caught a Tynamo.After a year living in Unova he moved back to Sinnoh and his cousin informed him that he resign his position as Gym Leader and he'll give his position to him. After becoming a Gym Leader he met new trainers and many Pokemon.  Trainer Name: Alex Age: 23 Hometown/Region: Pastoria City ~ (Sinnoh) Goals: To train mind and body alike. Hobbies: Sparring, and music. Biography: Alex was born and raised in Pastoria City, Where his father worked at the Great Marsh. Whenever possible he would go to work with his father and look in wonder at all the wild pokemon. Till one day on the tram, it happened to derail, leaving Alex unconcious outside the wreckage. When he woke he attempted to find his father, wondering deeper and deeper around the marsh. Hours passed, but he refused to give up. Pushing back leaves, and traversing the mucky waters, he ended up stumbling upon an angry Drapion, just to add worse to a bad day. Fueled by determination, he got a handful of mud, and threw it at the Pokemon's eyes while charging at it. The Drapion flailed its pincers aimlessly and knocked Alex back. A nearby Heracross played witness and quickly intervened. There were only two more things he remembered that day. A Heracross guarding him before he passed out and a Heracross next to his father when he woke up. Heracross had flown him towards a platform which also held a frantic father looking for his son, whom gotten separated in during the accident. Alex vowed to train and become as strong as his Heracross. Later in his early teens, he'd done just that, and gotten quite cocky with their skills. He traveled around challenging everyone and won at any cost. Quick to anger, and quicker to react, he'd became quite hardened. Two years passed, and so did many thoughts. He couldn't find what he wanted, each trainer defeated more hollow than the last, till one day he walked through the Haruba desert and saw a traveler being attacked by Skorupi. Alex and Heracross ran in to save the day, and as traveler thanked them, he remembered that day that started it. He didn't just want to be strong, he needed to be strong-willed. Immediately he headed back home, and began training again, but in social service. He wanted to give back, and started being well known for aiding people in surrounding areas with any and all sorts of tasks, finding great skill in construction. So with the support of his townsfolk, he decided to build himself a gym to train further, and show brute strength works, but inner strength pays.  Trainer Name: Sparkle Hometown/Region: Goldenrod City ~ (Johto) Age: ?? Goals: To care for any Pokemon who is mistreated. Hobbies: Looking after Pokemon, Training Pokemon, and Studying Poisons to use as antidotes against the Poisons themselves. Biography: Sparkle was a mischievous girl who was born and raised in Goldenrod City. Her parents were working at the Department Store so she was left alone at her house. However, she would usually sneak out to the Day Care outside of the City borders in order to play with the Pokemon left there. The couple who ran the Day Care knew her parents and they were great friends so the Day Care looked after Sparkle as if she was their own. Sparkle loved Pokemon and never mistreated or hurt them in any way. She especially loved Poison typed Pokemon for their unique characteristics. One day while she was going to the Day Care, she met a Nidoran who was a female. This Nidoran was oddly colored, and her fellow Nidoran made fun of her for her odd color. However, Sparkle didn't like the way Nidoran was treated so she stood up for Nidoran and the other Nidoran ran off. That Nidoran saw what Sparkle did and immediately started to show her gratitude. Both of them became partners and they both trained to become stronger in order to help other Pokemon with similar situations. When Sparkle grew up, she opened up a shelter named the Shiny Shelter. There, she looked after all kinds of Pokemon that were mistreated and she tries to find a new, loving home for them. One day, a trainer named Wave found the shelter and chatted with Sparkle. They immediately grew a friendship and shared similar feelings for Pokemon. Wave became intrigued with Sparkle's affection and strength towards Pokemon and asked that she became a gym leader for his Elemental League. Sparkle accepted with delight and became the new Poison Gym Leader. She still tends the Pokemon in her shelter, and she happily awaits and challengers who want to challenge the Poison Gym with her old partner, Nidoqueen.
