Once you have two items completely upgraded (10 or more ranks) You may place it into another item, so that they can combine.
It costs 10 ranks in order to create this fusion, and the fusion is permanent, but can separate or unseparate. You can only fuse one thing with only one other thing.
People may combine, but you may only pick one other person who you will combine with but both people must pay the 10 ranks.
