The Raikage's Office is located in the tallest tower of the village and has the kanji for "Lightning" (雷, kaminari) on the front. It also has a painting with the kanji for "muscle" (筋, suji) across the chair that the Raikage sits on. Niajhay, the current Raikage, has a tendency of bursting out of the windows and walls, rather than using the doors, something that his assistant reprimands him for.

Niajhay gazed out the window looking below at the little people below going about there daily business he sighed he remembered when he was one of them average unimportant.He shoke his head he heard a strange grumbling sound he then holded his belly food! he remembered the popular Ichiraku Ramen thats been springing up all over the place he could imagine almost taste the ramen he moved away from the window to his cobard taking out his famous cleaver blade inspecting it then he sheafed the blade mounting it on his back walking towards the door .

"One night my father Zabuza Momochi decided he needed a little carnal pleasure so he looked around my town going from bar to bar looking for the perfect woman." Niajhay started spinning around in his chain then stopped,it looked like he wasn't listening but he was he waited a few minutes then started to talk.
"Hm..so I see the clans now a days there so there corrupt in there so call honnor and old way of life that they don't see its all dieing out they disgust me I am so glad I am not apart of any clans,but any way seeing as you told me your story how about you do an errand for me there are to big jutsu scrolls there and a book about suiton justsu you mind taking them to the library chino here will give you a visitors card and the books are on her desk also would you get me ich ich pardise vol.2 hehe thanks".
