 Kaito hummed the melody to Cantarella under his breath and turned the knob to shut the shower off. He stepped out and wrapped a towel around his waist and another on top of his head. He ruffled his hair with the towel, drying it off, then draped the towel across his shoulders. He grinned, then laughed at himself in the mirror; his hair was sticking up in odd places. Deeming himself dry enough to go out into the rest of his house, Kaito turned off the light and stepped out into the hallway. "Ice cream~!" He exclaimed, leaning over his pull out freezer in the kitchen. He always had been a sucker for ice cream, and ate it in the most random of situations. He selected a vanilla carton and grabbed a spoon from the drawer before sitting down and beginning to enjoy his sweet treat. The first bite sent shivers down his almost completely bare skin.

Len knocked quietly at the door hoping Kaito was up at this time of night. 'He's probably isn't. Maybe I should just go.' He thought and started to turn. 'But maybe he is, so maybe I should stay.' Len sighed, his thought conflicting made his head hurt a little so he decided to stay by the door. He heard the older boy yell "~Ice Cream~" and knew he was awake.
Len was at the door for one reason and one reason only, because Rin made a bet with him that he couldn't spend one night without her and even though he knew she was only joking, Len just wanted to prove it to himself. The reason why he was at Kaito's door was because he was the closest person.

Kaito enjoyed a few more spoonfulls of ice cream in relative silence before he heard a knock on the door. He scrambled to his feet, spoon hanging from his mouth. He realized then that he was still in just a towel, and considered going and slipping on a pair of shorts real quick. No, no. What if the person at the door thinks I'm not home if I don't answer it right away and leave? He thought, frantically, obviously overreacting to the whole situation. So he tightened the towel around his waist and opened the front door. Who he saw there surprised him. "L-Len?" He asked incredulously, almost choking on the spoon in his mouth. He took the spoon out and twirled it between his fingers before stepping aside to offer the younger boy to come inside. Once in, he shut the door and gave Len a puzzled look. "Um, excuse me for asking, but, why exactly are you here?"

Len sat on his couch, blushing bright crimson at the fact that Kaito was only in a towel. Just because he sang about unspeakable things, doesn't mean that it was okay for Kaito to be just in a towel. "Uhh, Rin made a bet with me and now I'm here." He said giving the shortest story he could think of. "Yeah, umm Kaito.... Can you go put some clothes on?" He mummbled.

Kaito didn't even want to ask what the bet could have been about between Len and his other half. Obviously something worth while, since he stopped by. At his question, he looked down, blushing slightly himself. "R-right." He stammered, walking quickly into his bedroom and pulling on some cargo shorts and a simple loose black shirt. He came back and crossed his arms over his chest. "So, um, you had to come here because of the bet?"

Len calmed down when Kaito put clothes on. "Y-yeah. Rin bet me that I couldn't spend a night without her." Len said. A moment passed and he started bouncing his foot up and down, in a bored way. "So, were you getting ready to go to bed?" He asked. "Sorry if I disturbed you." Len said, looking around at Kaito's place.

Kaito smiled warmly. "Actually, I was just eating some ice cream!" He held one of his fingers up and ran back to the kitchen, rummaging through his freezer again. He came back with another carton of ice cream, this time banana flavored. "Here!" He thrust the carton and a spoon into Len's arms with a bright look on his face. "I know how much you like bananas!" He laughed, trying to take away from of the uneasiness he thought he saw in the younger Vocaloid's eyes.

"Oh okay." He said and thanke the older Vocaloid for the ice cream when he came back. He took small bites from it. It was still kind of hard so he couldn't get a lot. They continued to talk for a bit and his ice cream atarted melting a bit too, so that he took a bite this time. A little bit missed his mouth and dribbled down his chin.

Kaito took a big spoonfull of ice cream and shoved it in his mouth, then complained of a brain freeze even though it was his fault. For some reason, when ice cream dribbled down Len's chin, Kaito's heart lept in his chest. He gulped and leaned forward, staring with with blue eyes into Len's. He smirked a little and chuckled as well. "You missed your mouth." He said with amusement. Then, much to his surprise, he stuck out his tongue and licked the trail of ice cream on Len's face, tongue lingering on the boy's lips for a moment.

When Kaito licked the ice cream off his face, surprisingly Len didn't really care all that much and missed his tougne when it left his lips. Blushing, he thanked Kaito feeling a bit awkward. He completely forgotten about his ice cream and licked the corner of Kaito's mouth. "You missed too." He whispered in his ear.

Goosebumps crawled along Kaito's arms and down his back when Len licked his mouth in return. Rapid thoughts ran through his mind, making it hard to focus on just one thing. He couldn't help himself but he ran his hands through Len's hair, fingers playing at the roots of the golden strands. He bit his lip, blushing furiously, and to stop himself from saying something completely stupid, he leaned forward and pressed his lips to Len's.

Len's eyes widened when Kaito started to play with his hair. Then his heart nearly bounced out of his chest when Kaito kissed him. Len, who was trying to overcome his shyness, leaned into Kaito. His eyes were halfway open and a small blush graced his face. His thoughts raced all around his head as he sat closer to Kaito, moving the ice cream to the small table next to the couch.

Kaito smiled against Len's lips. He tugged a little on Len's hair, earning a small gasp from the boy. While he mouth was parted, Kaito slipped his tongue in his mouth. He pushed Len down on the couch and climbed over him, never once breaking their kiss. After a moment, Kaito broke apart, breathing heavily. "Is this okay, Len?" He asked, eyes suddenly full of warmth and understanding. He knew this had to be awkward for him, and the fact that there was a six year age difference between them, and that Len was only there for the night, left Kaito wondering if he should apologize and walk away or kiss him again.

Len, who was usually the shyiest person you'll met, surprisingly nodded. He was breathing heavily too and his thoughts kept on speeding, which clouded his judgement. But he knew that one part of his body wanted Kaito to not stop and that was good enough for him. Len knew he was only staying the night but he didn't really care. "Please..." He muttered.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Kaito nodded. "Me too." He grabbed Len's hand and stood, guiding him to the bathroom where he had just taken a shower earlier. Another one couldn't hurt. He turned the water on and looked at both of them in mirror.
