Kio walked in. Setting his buckskin bag on the ground he looked at the girl. "O si yo. Hello. I'm Kio. And you are?" he asked, smiling slightly.

"I guess until I get a dorm. I haven't gotten one yet," he said, blushing slightly. Not knowing what to say to the last statement, Kio tried to stay cool, but failed. "Uhm...U ne la nv hi, A li s de lv di A yv," he muttered in Cherokee. Running a hand through his hair he smiled slightly at her.

"Lord, help me. That's what I said," he said softly. "Sure, I can share a dorm," he replied, ducking his head, slightly embarrassed. Why am I embarrassed? he thought, lifting one of his brows.
"Di da nv do, Ni hi Go tlv nv hi Na s gi a ge yv U wo du hi," he said under his breath. He was too much into the habit of speaking Cherokee.

"Alright, I won't speak Cherokee. It's just my Grandfather wouldn't speak English at all, so to communicate, I had to speak Cherokee," he explained. "And do you want to ask the headmaster's right now?" He was getting a little more confident, getting over being embarrassed.
