Bloodline Contest

Okay! It's been awhile since our last contest so it's time to go over a few things!
When you are creating your bloodline please keep in mind the guild's history. There should be no connections to specific peoples or events that have occurred in the Naruto manga's time line. There should also be no bloodlines crafted directly after another style in another anime/manga. You can use something as a base, but no copy-pasting!
Additionally, try not to make it too powerful. You need to have a mixture of benefits and restrictions in order to keep it balanced.
And... well... use the code below, and have fun!
For this specific contest, I ask that you use the document posting format. For those of you who don't know what that is, it's the posting style I'm currently using.
The option to change it is above preview and submit buttons as you are posting. Thank you very much!

• Do not have benefits or reductions tagged with "up one rank" or "down one rank". Simply put "increased" or "decreased".
• Please do not create bukijutsu or taijutsu that are split into stages if your bloodline has them. Simply put them down as you would a ninjutsu technique, but make it known it is a taijutsu technique.

The kekkaishi tradition began with Tokimori Kekkaishi, the first barrier master of Karasumori. He discovered his powers at a very young age, and practiced until he became incredibly proficient with them. Noticing that normal people found them odd or even frightening, he adopted a policy of maintaining the natural world as much as possible, though spent much of his time dealing with the supernatural one. Hazama wandered from place to place, either protecting small villages with his barriers for a price or placing them under his command for a limited time.
He realized that the barriers were created from chakra but had a unique effect, that he called rejection.The barriers seemed to repel things and with this concept he was able to create various jutsu using the barriers and he developed a scary Healing based ninjutsu that involved the barriers.Ninjas of that time and even those of this time refer to Soten Kisshun as a technique that defies the will of heaven. As Tokimori setteled in Kumo with his family he allowed his clan to prosper and grow.He died two years ago but not without giving the last of his power to his great grandaughter,Tsukino.
Regulations ○ Must be in Medical class or Taijutsu class
○ Primary element must be Kyozetsu (Rejection)
○ Chakra reserves increased by 10
○ Jutsu will require no handsigns after learning it Jutsu List
tSanten Kesshun [Three Sacred Links Shield ]
This is a defensive technique. The incantation arranges the user's Rejection chakra into a triangle that has the ability to repel the "outer shield." A 'shield' is raised between user and enemy, and it repels the attack the user receives.Because the barrier rejects negative events, it can also function as an airbag of sorts, allowing the user and anyone else nearby to survive a potentially lethal fall unharmed. Can protect user against any attack of B rank or lower but any jutsu a rank higher will break the shield.

Koten Zanshun [ Solidary Sacred Cutting Shield ]
The user forms a sharp, bladed, boomerang shape barrier in front of them and then fires it towards the target.By repeling 'both sides of the shield' the user can make the blade barrier lengthen itself on both sides but only a little.The user can mentally control the attack after the barrier has been fired to make it turn or zigag,but can only do this once.Can fire multiple ones at once but loses ability to control thier movement.

Kekkai Wa yari no jutsu [Barrier Spear Jutsu ]
The user claps thier hands together them pulls them apart while stretching the chakra in the middle to form a rectangular shaped barrier with a sharp tip that can be the size of a short sword to the size of a javelin.The user throws the barrier spear and it can pierce through the target or cut them in intended areas.

Ketsu no jutsu [ Binding Technique ]
The user does the necessary handsigns to create a cube shaped barrier around the intended target.The barrier can only be destroyed from the outside by attacks of a C rank or higher.The trap lasts for two posts.

Disuku o suteppingumōta[ Stepping Disks Technique]
The user focuses chakra to the areain the air in front of them.This creates circular disks of various sizes the user can use like stairs to get to higher areas.The disks repel the 'bottom shield' in order to make the barrier float in mid air.

Soten Kisshun [ Twin Sacred Return Shield ]
User focuses chakra from her palms and shapes it into a half-oval barrier around her target. While active, the barrier works very similarly to any other Eiseijutsu- soothing pain while stitching wounds and removing poisons -however, unlike other healing techniques, the user is able to reattach a severed limb to the one who lost it, so long as it has retained some health. Additionally, the shield can restore 10 chakra to any within the field of rejection and this technique can effect inanimate objects as well to restore it.

Shiten Koshun [ Defiant Shield of the Four Heavens ]
User creates a pyramidal shield in front of them that in the instant of recieving a attack it disperses the resultant force as a bommerang blade(Koten Zanshun) that strikes the target with equal damage as the enemy's attack that hit it.This technique is a combo between two of the other techniques so the user has to know both in order to utilize the technique.This shield can defend against attacks Of A rank without breaking but anything higher will crush the shield.

Fukusu no Yari [ Multiple spears ]
User creates a barrier spear then throws it.But by doing a handsign after tossing the spear the user can cause the barrier to split into 10 spears that fly towards target.

Zekkai [ Absolute Boundary ]
User uses chakra to reject things with a immediate area around them to create a purplish flaming orb circling them. It can destroy virtually any opposing force that touches it directly, and can repel all but the strongest attacks.A SS rank technique has the potential to dispel the shield but the shield will take all the damage so the user will take none

Shuurajou Clan-------||--▀▀▀▀▀▀ "On the Battlefield, all who stand in our way, Die." ______Clan Biography... Shuurajou, all who heard it's name feared. They were not born men, but Monsters.
Throughout the Clans History, they have only been Demons who walk the Battlefield. Shinobi put in the Front lines of War. They were considered Masters of War for their Dominance on the Battlefield. They were ruthless and lusted nothing but Blood. They were a Clan all born to be one thing, Killers.
Everything, the Clans whole existence was the work of a Female Shinobi. A Prisoner of War. Many years she was imprisoned, beaten and kept as a slave. Her life was nothing but to be lived as as if a puppet. But her Determination and Thirst for Revenge fueled an ignition, her hunger for Blood and Power only raised with time. She adapted to stealing the Strength of others, using their life force to feed her Power. She became an Chakra Absorber who could refine Chakra into Physical Properties. With this new found Power she was able to escape the Cage she had been locked away in. But even then her taste for Power never subsided, like all she became drunk off it, and grew insane. From Village to Village she faught all who were considered the Strongest, no matter their Class or Abilities she Challenged them head first, allowing her insanity to control her. Without escaping death itself she won every match. No matter how damaged her body was she craved more. But she had faced all and no body would step up to challenge her. In a fit of rage she decided she would create more like herself in which she could Challenge. And so was born the Shuurajou Clan.
As time passed, the Clan became more Domestic, so long as there was War. The Clan was limited to Kumogakure and Kirigakure, and on the Battlefield fought and conquered all else. Even when the Clan members were put up against their own, they did not stop, they fought. However no side could dominate the other.
As the Wars ended and Peace had befallen the Shinobi world, the Shuurajou Clan Members became restless, they could not adapt to a world of peace and so became a threat themselves to the world of the Shinobi. They continued to rage their own War, going so far as to even kill there own fellow Shinobi. No one was safe from their insanity and Lust for Blood. Now a threat to the world, the Higher-Ups were forced to eliminate the Threat that the Shuurajou Clan had become. Because they were unable to defeat them all in combat a Virus was created, all members being introduced to it on the battlefield through gas form. The Virus would force the Clan Members to reject their own Chakra enforcing them to die. Slowly the Clan was whipped out by the Virus.
However throughout the years Children were born with the Shuujou Clan Blood, their defense Strengthening. Soon through Evolution they were able to sustain life
without their Chakra. The Members Chakra would visibly leak from their Dominate Eye in what seemed like a Misty Flame. Once more the Shuurajou Clan would rise, Stronger then ever.______Clan Traits... • Greatly Increased Strength.
• Greatly Increased Indurance.
• Increased Reaction.
• Increased Cell Regeneration, Healing.
• Ability to Absorb an Opponents Chakra and Convert it into Physical Properties (Strength, Endurance, Regeneration, Energy).
+ Genin - Chuunin are able to absorb E [5] to D [10] Ranked Amount.
+ Jounin - Konin are able to absorb E [5] to B [40] Ranked Amount.
+ Kage are able to absorb E [5] to A [80] Ranked Amount.
• All Members are born with Great Battle Sense. Are Masters of War.______Clan Restrictions... • Members are unable to confine their own Chakra, it is naturally rejected and visibly leaks out the users Dominate Eye. (During Batle, Every Post the user loses [25] Chakra Points.)
• Members, must have Unstable Personality Traits (Insanity, Bloodlust, Murderous Intentions, Killer Instincts, so on).
• All Members are extremely Sensitive to the Sun and Extreme Heats. (Fire [[Katon]] is Extremely Effective Against.)
• Ninjutsu and Genjutsu of C Rank are Effective Against. Ninjutsu and Genjutsu of B and Above are Extremely Effective Against.
• Is limited to Bukijutsu, Taijutsu, and Tamer Class Only.
• User must have Lightning [[Raiton]] as Primary Element and Fire [[Katon]] as Secondary.
• Unable to to learn Ninjutsu (Elemental) or Genjutsu Techniques, Can only use Clan Techniques.
• Must be a Shinobi from Kirigakure or Kumogakure.______Clan Rules... • In order to Absorb an Opponents Chakra, Physical Contact must be Made.
• All members should have Chakra Control as an Attribute.
• All members will start with [150] Chakra Pool. Even with Rank, it'll remain [150], a user must Absorb Chakra from others to Increase the amount, maximum is [300].
• Every so often, the user will have to release all the Absorbed Chakra in their body. The cool down period is 10 Posts. In this time, the user will be Weak and susceptible to Death.______Clan Techniques... Chakra Dispurement

Any Chakra the user has absorbed from another Shinobi will be released out of the users body. This releases all absorbed Chakra.
Demons Punch
Rank- D.
The user coats their fist in a double layer of Chakra. Once the user makes contact with a person or object the Chakra will fire off an Exposive wave. This can be used twice in a row.
Demons Kick
Rank- D.
The user coats their foot in a double layer of Chakra. Once the user makes contact with a person or object the Chakra will fire off an Explosive wave. This can be used twice in a row.
Energy Wave
Rank- D.
Allows the user to mold their Chakra. The user can shoot it out as a wave knocking down opponents. This Technique is not strong enough to kill, but simply Knock Down an opponent or uproot trees.
Chakra Reserve
Rank- C.
Creating a seal on their body the user can Store the Chakra they absorbed for later use. This expires in 20 Posts.
Radioactive Shield
Rank- C.
Combing both Lightning [[Raiton]] and Fire [[Katon]] the user creates the advanced element Radiation, with it they create a large solid shield. Anything that hits this shield will be forced back with the same speed and power.
Chakra Neutralization
Rank- C.
Allows the user to seal an opponets Chakra Network, making them unable to use any Jutsu. Lasts 2 Posts.
Tainted Chakra
Rank- B.
As they can absorb chakra, the members are able to give. Only because of the Bloodlines tainted blood, anyone outside the clan who receives their Chakra will face a horrific pain while their Chakra leaks out their body. [20] Chakra Points per Post, Lasts 3 Posts.
Sonic Step
Rank- B
Sending a burst of Advanced Elemental Chakra to their feet, it allows the user to move in one direction at an incredible speed. In order to change direction the user must stop and shift to the desired direction.
Radioactive Blast
Rank- A
With the Chakra they absorbed, the user can convert it into a natural energy outside their body. Once the user release the Energy it will shoot out in the form of a beam, burning everything it touches.
Radioactive Bolts
Rank- A
With the Chakra they absorbed, the user can convert it into a natural energy outside their body. The user can then release it in low powered bolts, this can be rapid and the user can fire off around 100 at a time. Well flat out the first one is overpowered. (took a look at it for the first time)
It gives bonuses without any restrictions or downsides.
I think the second is made well though and it gains my approval
