Shikai Attack one: Blue Lighting Blade this skill can cut stuff into two and it very fast powerful.

Shikai Attack two: Lighting Bolt Strike. Lighting bolt is when sword hit the ground the lighting bolt hit the sword go to the person it want to hit. It slow but it can be doges.

Shikai Attack three: Ground Lighting strike. This attack when he put his sword to the ground and summon lighting strike. The lighting move on ground spitting while it charge toward a person.

ok this closest i can get to bankai realse sword that have lighting. Shiki lighting blade will turn handle in light blue make blade shiny.

Bankai Attack one: Lighting Storm This attack with sword in air it can cause lighting bolt to strike all over in battle area But skill is risky and can be easy to doge
Bankai Attack two: Lighting Strike Speed This attack when lighting hit him his whole body is charge of lighting. during that time he only have 50 sec to hit the target or he miss. This skill is also risky if he miss he can hit the wall hurt him self or if the target doge the attack Also i forgot to add this attack can only be use once

1. your sealed appearence is soposed to look like that of a katana, i could suggest you switch your shikai and sealed pics around.
2. Your shikai attack are basically god modded. They are strong enough to be beyond bankai attacks and that isnt possible. Put limits on your attacks, especially the blinding one and the cut through anything one.
3.Put limits on your bankai attacks, also god modded.

I have a few issues with your profile.

It's obvious you've choice the element of electricity or lightening, or whatever you decide to call it.

In your shikai abilities, the second and third are ones I'd like to address. Your second shikai ability states:

"Ground Lighting Strike is like a trap underground the person won't know where it will strike. it like mine field."
Lightening comes from the heavens. I know it's an RP, and just about everything is fantasy, but we want to make it somewhat realistic. We're not defying the laws of physics here. Lightening can strike down, not up if it's going to be at random, at least. That gives the opponent opportunity to defend themselves, otherwise you're just going to be frying people's crotches from below, and well, that's not very ideal. Reffering to your "the person won't know where it will strike" I assume you mean it's at random. At random means that it isn't being controlled, and is in unrythmic patterns. If it's that's the case, your own RP character will be subjugated to the attack of this lightening just as much as your opponent. Please edit this attack.

Your third shikai ability states: "Flash is to blind the person so you can kill them fast before they can see you"

Lightening is in no way associated with your eyesight. I mean, you hear about those amazing once in a life time miracles where someone is near something struck by lightening and may get eyesight back, but never got struck by lightening or something near them get struck by lightening and go blind. Besides the fact that it makes no sense in correspondence to your element, taking an RP character's eyesight directly in such a manner is by no means acceptable. There must always be wormholes in attacks. Therefore, this shikai ability I'm going to have to rule unapplicable.

Likewise, your Bankai abilities will need editing.

Bankai ability number one states: "Lighting Storm This attack with sword in air it can cause lighting bolt to strike all over in battle area there no ecapse from it. "

Yes, there is escape from it. Erase that portion of the text. Like I said, everything needs wormholes. If you're going to have an attack such as this, the lightening bolts themselves cannot be highly destructive, and they cannot be absolute. Please edit this one.

Bankai ability number two states: "Wing shatter blade attack. The wing shatter into 600 blade sharp it can cut anything that it attack "

Again, we can't keep making things absolute. And I see how it goes with the whole heavens theme you got going, however it's the only ability I've seen so far that really has to do with something other than electricity. Everything else is lightening themed. If you're going to stick with the lightening, then stick with it. Don't make a pattern, and then break it with one random ability. This attack will have to be removed.

Your Shikai ability (2): Lighting Bolt Strike. it slow attack it only good in close ranged swing sword call out lighting bolt strike if your close combat if your in range it slow attack.

Really confusing in terms of explanation, please apply your basic english rules. No offense, but it's kind of illiterate.

Shikai ability 3: Lighting paralzye (if i spell it right) this skill is like lighting strike but instead if hit for example (Left shoulder whole left arms is paralzye for a min.

Still issues. It's just too much to, excuse my lack of a better word, rigged. Besides that, lightening can't paralyze. Again, stay withing your element.

hey i am trying best i can first no god mode ok 2 have make more sense you know how hard it is to think of skills that match element and not make into god mode

ok when you see shinki attack 2 and 3 they are both differnt the sword hit ground is same but attack is differnt 3rd attack is when lighting is in ground but it still see able as ground spit 2nd attack is when lighting bolt it ground but it stay on ground and not crack it
