Its a large building- all the lower floors are empty but the top one was turned into a living space/office. There was a table with books, files, etc. on it in one corner- infront of the large window/wall facing away.

Other then that it has two floors in one room. The top floor is a sprawling bookcase filled to the brim with books. The bottom floor looks more like a living room then anything. A small bar, and a few couches. This is where she spends her time thinking, and where she strikes her deals.

There sat Chloe looking out over the city. That's why she loved this loft. It gave her a good view of this city of filth. She was from a small town, the backwater of an already backwater country. This looked wrong to her- but at the same time she saw this as her home more then where she was born. The ants milling around, or so she thought of them. It was fun to play with them. Leek a little information to someone, watch them panic... Yes it was fun.

Chloe was a stunning beauty that you can only get in the countryside- but nothing about her looked innocent. She had long red hair that was pulled back in a loose ponyatil- most of her hair had already came loose and framed her face. A pair of purple eyes looked at Loki in the reflection in the mirror. "What do ye tink of tis?" She asked, her accent was stronger at times- when she was thinking of the fun she would have. "Ye want te kill Muko. He hurt your little girl?" She turned to look at him. She was beautiful, and had this air of confidence around her. She knew she was lucky to be blessed with such amazing looks, and she knew she could use that. "What will ye give me in return? A favor? A favor from a god could be useful in me line o' work. Though, do ye think it be worth it?" She asked shifting something on her desk and she approached the god. "Perhaps thi' will be te last time Muko forgive's me. He does offer me a bit o' protection when i be needing it. Being the source o' most o' his information." She was only a foot from him- she smelled of lavender. "Perhaps ye can offer me a few favors? That might balance out tis risky business." She gave the God a charming smile.

Chloe didn't sit, she liked pacing. "Oi, but Muko i'nt always Muko. Sometimes he be Muko." She said giving the god a smile. She Ascended her stairs and started browsing her library. "So, what is it ye be wanting ti know?" She ignored the rumor he mentioned. She wasn't about to give out any information for free- not yet.

"Oh, and what do i get?" She asked ignoring how close he had gotten. She seemed to be looking for something on the shelf. "Tis be some very expensive information- as all information pertaining to that demon is. He's made me quite the fortune to be honest." She smiled at the god then continued her search.

"Flattery will not lessen the price. If anything it will make me raise it." She said pulling out a book on the shelf. It had the letters Asgard across it. She flipped it open to a bookmarked page. "I had tis feeling id be seeing ye in here." She showed him the page- it was the start of the section about Loki. "God o' mischief. Ye will owe me two favors- in return i will tell ye where to find Muko. And how ye can play tricks on him best- or a hint." She pointed to the chapter opening where there was space. "Sign yer name twice, and ill tell ye where and hint at how." She smiled at him mischievously.

"don't worry- your not the first." She tossed the book to him with a shrug. "its simple- ye owe me a favor. For each signature. Sign it twice and our deal is good. I cannot ask ye te kill a loved one. Or anything like that. But a favor. Not sure what, but sometin." She smiled at him sweetly.

She flicked his nose after his threat "Oh, that's so sweet of ye. Gonna hunt me down? Stalk me? From what ye've told me ye cant kill me- what is there to fear." She winked. "He will be slutin around the boot of the city. My guess is he'll be hungry- and if yer sister was any good ye'll find him easily. Just follow the bodies, the screams, and the laughter. And as for messin with the bugger? Look to his ladies. There are two at te moment. Either will work out fine." She winked and snapped the book close then put it back where she found it. "You will be hearing from me, Loki."

"Why would he head to the camp? Yer little sister's blood is not that good. I'm willing to bet he will drink himself silly and leave a big mess- just so the other one has to clean it up. It's fun to watch." She said waving him off. "That's all the information you get- Likely the poorer parts of town, and from there he will could wander off. Even i cannot predict where he will go- not until he does at least." She winked one last time and sat in her chair, spun it around, and looked out over the city. And there it was, the first two stones that would kick start an avalanche. This city would be buried by the time she was done, and oh how much fun it would be.
