Hey all. I haven't been on gaia since forever cause Im in college now.
Im not sure if its still open or dead but im going give out my friend code to you all.
I dont have any pokemon teams yet to battle cause im like trying to finish black, soul silver and platinum.
but if someone can help me find a useful site for Iv training in soul silver and in black and white that would be very helpful!

well welcome back and i hope classes are goin very well for you!
unfortunately i dont have any websites of much use for what you ask for. i dont think anyway. you may also be waiting a while to hear back from anyone. this guild has become somewhat of a ghost town. myself, stray, and upper crust seem to be the only ones i see flitting about the pages lately. so i hope you do locate what you seek. good luck!
