Who is your favorite Beatle?
George Harrison, so spiritual
What is your favorite Beatles' song?
And Your Bird Can SIng also Day Tripper and A Hard Day's Night
What is your favorite Beatles's Album?
Revolver, with Rubber Soul a close second
What is your favorite Beatle's Era?
well, you might judge by the albums i chose! i mean, they were all good, and i still like the raw energy of the early stuff, but...
What is your favorite Beatle solo career?
They were all unique, so I hate to choose. Paul was most prolific, RIngo had the most fun, but I still like George. Wonderwall was great, and "When We Were Fab".
Bonus Question:
Why did you think the beatles had such an impact on the culture and music? this is just a guess, but i believe it was because they were a complete team, they played, wrote and sang; that was very rare at the time.

my # 2 and 3 songs were chosen because they showed off all their talents.
Eric Clapton was a better lead guitar
Ginger Baker may have been better on drums
Queen had great vocals and harmony
but no other group brought all the instrumental and vocal skills together so tellingly, when they cared to do so.

Wow that's a lot of questions...
1. Don't know. I just know I really love them as a group.
2. Oih... so many... @.@ When flipping through songs I usually look for their popular little love tunes [I wanna hold your hand, She loves me (DOOD they can sing in German... that's awesome...), Do you want to know a secret, etc.] just because they are what my dad used to hum at random times.
However the big biggies are Let it Be and Hey Jude, and the biggest, Yesterday [they're pretty similar in style huh...]. The songs just make me really happy whenever I hear them.
3. Fuu... Okay... Will agree with chessiejo; Revolver is AWESOME and is definitely one of my favorites. Abbey Road is the next. And... can't decide which after that. Abbey Road has all the funny little songs I love eg. Octopus' Garden... you have to wonder what conjured up the idea of that song... >.>
4. Hmm... I don't know... What I love about the Beatles is the range of their work. Super psychedelic and then soulful and so on and so on. Really can't pick on this...
5. Hmm... same here. Each person was so different but somehow it all just came together beautifully.
Bonus: Well for one they made an ASSload of music, but if people didn't like it then, they wouldn't have had the chance to make all of that music so it must be more than that. They just had a very particular sound to their music. It's very distinct... it's like... they made music just for them; pulling inspiration from just about anywhere and shaping it into a unique experience of a song. The problem I have with many popular artists now is it just sounds so much like they are trying to sound like someone else... like the record companies say "People like alternative that sounds like this... we're gonna find our own alternative band that sounds like this and milk them for all their worth!" The Beatles were kinda just... were.

poor George, he had such tale nt... you know, he wrote "do you want to know a secret"...but seemed always content to stand in the shadows.
his solo career was fine too; "When we were Fab"s is hilarious; "all those years ago" i have saved and enjoy; "Got my mind set on you" is better than anything snide snarky Oasis ever did.
