x o x o x o Hello Everyone! I hear every day about people that battle with obesity, poor health, disease, and other life issues because of their fitness level. I hear about the state of the general population every day: How for the first time in history, children are expected to die before their parents, and other such problems. I do not have diabetes, obesity, high blood pressure, or other health problems because of my lack of fitness, but does this mean I shouldn't take good care of myself? Just because it's not happening now, should I just expect it to never happen?

x o x o x o Pictures and a little about this pledge.
Why did I start this pledge?
First of all, I'm not part of an organized group. I prefer to do things independently so when I started this, I only hoped to inspire others to do the same.
Getting in shape or losing weight doesn't have to be a tiresome, boring challenge. It can be fun and I encourage you to make it fun! You don't need equipment to get in shape. In fact, my entire goal will be done by doing fun things, like hula-hooping, swimming, riding bikes, and dancing. I can't dance though, so this might be easier said than done.

x o x o x o Goals and Benefits. When you start a goal of any kind, it is important to not start too big. Start with small, simple goals and work your way up. This will lead to feeling better about yourself and better, safer workouts. If you know you can't run 5 miles straight now, don't try it!
My current goal is to hula-hoop for at least 15 minutes every day.
What are the benefits of hula hooping? See here.[X]
I chose hula hooping because it is fun, safe, and cheap. Plus I already have 3 hula hoops.

I wish the same but i jsut cant get the effort to make myself lose weight i dont like having extra weight on me its so depressing~
