Character Name: Spongebob Cubit Squarepants
Strength: Varies per episode. Text Proof-He could not pick up a glass in the "Anchor Arms" epidose. He is often terrified of people, "The Bully"
Spongebob couldn't lift a small metal bar with 2 stuffed animals at the ends.
Note, he also was strapped to an ANCHOR (a large one, 3-5 times his size) and BACKSTROKED against the ground, easily dragging it.
Speed: He is fairly agile, and manuverableText Proof-Spongebob outran an Alaskan Bull Worm, He kept up with a speeding car, and eventually got ahead of it faster than the driver could see, episode where Mrs. Puff steals his car.
Durability/Endurance: He can take many punches, and can regenerate himself at willText Proof-In "The Bully" Flats reapeatedly punched spongebob in the face, but was unsucessful in harming him. Spongebob had "absorbed" the blows. In the episode where his car is stolen by mrs puff, he is grinded into several pieces and gets back to gether
Intellect: He can learn very quickly and has knowledge about wats right ang wrongText Proof-thru the series
Fighting Skill: apparently he is a karate adept, and has trained with mr. krabs in patty makingText proof-corresponding episodes
Techniques/Powers: Regeneration, absorption, elasticity (somewhat)
Gear: Quickster Outfit-Narrator: The Quickster...with the ability to run really...quick!
Spongebob: Want to see me run to that mountain and back? doesnt move Want to see me do it again? Orb of Confustion-We still have the orb of confusion. Patrick takes out the Orb of Confusion Take this! turns it on and get all confused Doy. Duh. Mermaidman's secret utility belt- The emblem of submersible justice! For 65 years, this belt has helped prevent the fall of nations...and pants. I can't believe I'm actually holding it in my hands! Well, I guess I should return it. Or not! I could just hang onto it till after work...all alone with Mermaidman's belt. I wonder what this button does! Whoa! The small ray,

True.
What should we do about his strength?
He varries a lot...
I think the 'not being able to lift a glass' thing should be nulled, as it was only one episode. (With others contradicting it)
EDIT: He was strapped to an anchor and used only his arms to "backstroke" in the sand. It was quite an impressive feat, easily ousting the glass incident.
What should we do?

Every time I look at this, I realise that he is actually a true competitor.
And quite a powerful one too.
