And she was fine with it! She said that she was only disappointed that she wouldn't get to dance at my wedding, but that was a personal thing for her.

My mom and uncle are the only ones who know about my gayness.
My mom kept asking me "Are you sure?" and I told her yes! Then I asked her "Are YOU sure you're STRAIGHT?" And she flipped a table.

My uncle was only upset that I never told him sooner.
So they're both very accepting.

My father doesnt know really, about my attraction to men. But my friends do, and my mothers only reaction was "Hm, kinda guessed."

Congratulations, I think my parents have an idea that I'm not straight, 'cause sometimes I tend to give it out easily. blaugh
Sadly, they think I'm a lesbian, when I'm actually FtM and pansexual, which they probably have NO CLUE what it is. sweatdrop

When my sister came out as lesbian to my mom,
my mom denied it for about a year and a half.
Calling it her "phase".
Little did we know my mom experimented with girls for over half her life.
-shrugs-
She just assumed because she had that "phase" that everyone else does.
My Grandma was accepting right away.
Of course, I knew since I was little. She was different and I thought it was cool!
