I wanted to discuss this topic with everyone.
Well, I have seen that there are a couple of people who are very active and aren't in the crew. I just thought, how would it be, if I were to demote all crew members, and then, we could have a voting session. In that, members of this guild would vote for the best guild member they think should be a crew member. After the voting has ended, the members with the most votes will be picked. That will be the top 6 members.
Please vote if you want to agree with me or disagree. We shall then be able to know if i should start this plan or not.

I would say choosing crew members would be the most fair.

They are the mini leaders. They can ban people cool They keep the guild in order and so do the Vice Captains and the Captain smile Crew members are a part of the crew of the guild smile They are mini controllers of it smile
