I haven't read anything about recruiting. Is it something that you as the captain and crew want to deal with or something that you would encourage all members to do?
My other question is that you encourage us not to just bump but I have not been able to talk to anyone as of yet. So how am I able to post if I have no one on here to talk to? I have a personal goal to get my achievement for posting. So I would like to help you out but I don't want to loose interest here either while I post other places.

Well first, I was just about to get around to posting about "recruiting", as you say. It would be really nice for people to start inviting friends, or just people they think will really like it here. I was thinking about making it a challenge.
And second, I'm sorry this isn't working... I really wish people where more attracted to our guild. But I can only do so much. Sorry.

I understand I just know myself and if I start bumping in my usual spot then I will just keep going back there instead of coming to the guild. So my question to you would be are you ok with me bumping in here when there is no one else? what if you were to give me 1 point for every 100 bumps and I could make a bump thread specifically for that? I want to be supportive and not loose interest. I really do understand how hard it is to keep a guild going. There is just too much on Gaia to keep you away from guilds.

Also just wanted to be on the same page as you so just wanted to clarify things. Some guild owners do not want others to invite and some really and encourage it so just wondered which you were.

You have some really good points here. Ok, I'll allow bumping, but the rules for that will be posted in the challenge topic. Also I don't mind if members start to invite. It's all good if you want to. I guess you can say I do encourage it then.

Thank you I appreciate you listening to my questions and concerns. One other question. I noticed that my other thread was moved the the shared forum. Is that where you would like us to post any threads we are making for the challenge?

The "share" area is for topics about anything you would like to share with everyone. Your topic was about sharing your favorite TV/Movies/Videos, so I was just putting it in the right area. Anything related to the challenge should be put where it belongs still. The fact that people make it for the challenge doesn't mean it should or shouldn't be put in one place or another.

Well... newbie here (and a couple months late). It'd probably help if you encouraged all members to have a linkable banner in their signature.
As I mentioned when I asked to join, I've been wanting to host a writing contest for awhile and am willing to host it here to start up activity again. I would start a thread in the writing contest forum as well to get attention and exposure for the guild.
Any other ideas?

I mentioned in the wishing thread that I wanted to tie in the contest to this guild. I have a couple ideas that I wanted your okay on first (seeing as it's held in your guild).
