2. Try to be nice to people. At least no one is bashing Furuba ( At least we don't think they are 0.o )

At first glance (I wasnt really paying attention) I took Rule 4 to be :Take anything bad to be PMS.. then i went back and actually read it...Just a little randomness for everyon.
