Well, I'm happy to say that uber-tristam is indeed very do-able for low to mid-budget werewolves.
My guy went in with a eth breath of the dying great polearm, an engima, shaeled jalals, goreriders, dracs, dual ravenfrosts & highlords, bad verdungos(12
r
wink , 4shape gcs, 13 res all gc, a couple of life scs 15 lifers I think and a torch.
None of my resists were max, infact fire was negative. And when I got there, Diablo was all that was left. Surrounded by all those nice venomlords.
Well, we started it the usual way by killing the venomlords and trying to take out venom lords before Diablo summoned more.
Problem was his regen. Rabies solved that problem beautifully. If only the venom lords weren't immune to all, people would be making rabies druids instead of smiters
Anyway, since my resists were non-existent I simply ran straight into the pack and went to work with feral-rage and the life leech from my dracs and botd. Life-tap kicked in nicely and my life-bulb fluctuated like crazy.
Slight lag and I died. The pally also died. So we left and came back into the game. Diablo and co had moved away from the portal so we got our bodies back. Ran up to D and made him rabid again. Then went to work on the venom lord pack then back to Diablo for a final rabies and fury time.
Dude dropped and we had ourselves a torch, an assassin one. Now I'm making a kicker...
And what do I mean by low-mid budget?
My shape skills are at around 31.
My life is only 2.5k
My damage is 7-9.8k with that setup.
This is not a wolf at his prime and he could do trist.
So guys, when your friends are looking for a smiter, say "HEY!!! Hold up! I got a werewolf..."
