Saiyan Master Vegeta
This is a public announcement to verify all bans that may come to exist in this guild:
Now, since this is a public issue, I would like to say this:
Any future bans to members of this guild will not be given a second chance. The only way we moderators will bend this rule is if the majority of us find it suitable enough to lift the ban and/or if Dr. Henry Pym, Saiyan Master Vegeta, or Lex Joseph Luthor approves of it.
Here is a format under which I think all of us moderators should follow regarding future bans:
1st Major Offense - The given moderator shall issue a warning to the given member of the guild. A reason should be provided from the moderator to the member, but this is optional.
2nd Major Offense - The given moderator shall issue another warning to the given member of the guild. A reason for this warning must be provided from the moderator to the member, as this is mandatory. The given moderator must also state that the next offense will require a mandatory ban.
3rd Major Offense - The given moderator will issue a mandatory ban to the given member. The moderator is not obligated to tell the given member before-hand that a ban is being issued.
All warnings will be cut and pasted in the Crew Forum with all evidence reguarding the Warnings.
If any moderator feels that the ban was not completely suitable, then that moderator must contact Dr. Henry Pym, Saiyan Master Vegeta, or Lex Joseph Luthor and consult with him in regards to lifting the ban.
If any moderator sees fitting to ban another member of the guild before two warnings have been issued, he may do so. However, the given moderator should use reasonable discretion. The three-step ban process is mostly a guideline for warnings / bans.

Note: If any member who was previously issued 1 or 2 warnings, feels that they have made some improvements in behavior since the most recent warning, then they can contact the captain / vice-captains and discuss lifting one or all of the warnings on himself/herself. Warnings will be lifted after the period of 3 months of the offense, unless proof is given to Dr. Henry Pym, Saiyan Master Vegeta, or Lex Joseph Luthor that would give us the option of lifting it sooner.
-(Consistently asking for a warning lift will result in no warning lifts, or if the moderator sees necessary, will result in another warning. Us moderators may give you a warning lift without you having to ask, that is, if we see a behavior improvement ourselves.)

These are the current offenses that will require a moderator to issue a warning to any member of the guild:
-Consistent illiteracy and/or ignorance of the topic.
-Generally having poor debating etiquette (under the moderator's discretion).
-Flaming towards other members/moderators of the guild.
-Degrading the guild itself (worse than a rude comment or rude suggestion).
-Consistently steering off-topic of a discussion.
-Continuously taking a major argument (extreme aggression, worse than a heated debate) into your own hands, for an extensive period of time, without notifying a moderator (if a moderator is not already present).
-Creating new rules for the guild without first consulting a moderator.
-Excessively asking for a warning lift.
-Trolling of any kind.
-Violating any of the Terms of Service of Gaia.

-Posting inappropriate pictures (pornography, hentai, excessively gruesome violence scenes etc.)
-Harmful threats against any member or poster in this guild.
-Cybering of any kind.

Once any member is banned, the format for that member should be in the following, posted by the moderator who issued the ban:
-Banned member: Banned member's name
-Moderator who issued the ban: Moderator's name
-Final reason for the ban: Explaination of reason

I've made a few edits, mainly adding Kyle and Lex in some places as they are co-captains. Other than that these are good and now official.
