This thread will teach you how to use the battle system.

Here are some basic facts you should memorize...

|||1||| All elements start out with 100HP. Omega and Death have TBD-HP

|||2||| Every time you win three battles your HP goes up by 5*. HP is automatically restored once a battle has been decided.

|||3||| Everyone has a basic attack that they can utilize by rolling four 6 sided dice. The total of the roll is how much base damage you cause before elemental effects are factored in.

|||4||| Some elements are strong against others and weak against others. If your Ruos is strong then 5 damage automatically get's added to the base attack. If they are weak then 5 damage is subtracted. if they are neither strong nor weak against the opposing element then the base damage is factored in as it was rolled.

Elemental Strengths and Weaknesses Chart

  • Fire - is resistant against Fire and Water and effective against Ice and Darkness

  • Water - is resistant against Water and Ice and effective against Fire and Earth

  • Ice - is resistant against Ice and Electricity and effective against Poison and Earth.

  • Electricity - is resistant against Electricity and Light and effective against Thunder and Water

  • Thunder - is resistant against Thunder and Wind and effective against Light and Electricity

  • Earth - is resistant against Earth and Fire and effective against Wind and Electricity

  • Poison - is resistant against Poison and Darkness and effective against Light and Water

  • Light - is resistant against Light and Thunder and effective against Darkness and Poison

  • Darkness - is resistant against Darkness and Earth and effective against Wind and Ice

  • Wind - is resistant against Poison and Wind and effective against Thunder and Fire

ELEMENTAL SKILLS
Each element has a skill that can be used ONCE per battle...

Fire
Rain of Fire-Embers fall from the sky causing damage
Roll 5 ten sided dice. Does the amount of damage equal to the total of the roll.

Water
Riptide- A thrashing jet of water is fired at the opponent
RNG 10-35. does the amount of damage equal to the number rolled.

Ice
Frozen Contemplation- The user encases themselves in ice for two turns to recover 60HP
You lose two turns.

Electricity
Thunderbolt- A massive, powerful lightning bolt strikes the opponent.
RNG 35-50. does damage equal to the total of the number rolled.

Earth
Earthshaker- rocks bludgeon the foe.
Does 30 damage and subtracts 10 damage from the opponents next two turns.

Thunder
Sonic boom- Breaks the sound barrier sending a shockwave towards the foe.
The opponent loses a turn.

Wind
Twister-A twister hammers the foe with a chance of blowing them away.
Does 30 damage. Roll 1 twenty sided dice, if the result is 3 the foe is blown away and the battle is won.

Poison
Paralyzing Venom-A bite to the foe injects venom that deadens the nerves for a short time..
Opponent loses a turn and takes 5 damage for the next five turns.

Light
Laser Beam-Concentrates light into a deadly blast of energy.
RNG 30-60. does damage equal to the number rolled.

Dark
Blinding darkness-A veil of dark energy blinds the foe
your opponent had to roll a 4 sided dice before taking their turn. If the dice lands on an odd number their attack misses and they lose a turn. Lasts five turns.

Omega
Call to order-gathers elemental powers to fully heal.

Death
Reaper's Nightmare-a terror filled sleep falls upon the foe making them dream their deepest fears
RNG 1-4, if it lands on 2 the battle is won.

when you post this form you also roll 5, 5 sided dice and then your Ruos does the amount of damage rolled plus or minus 5 depending on their type. if you roll a 10 or 20 you miss if you roll a 25 it's +15 damage.

read the skill description to see what dice you must role or RNG you must do for damage effects.


ELEMENTAL EFFECTS


Each element has a 1/4 chance of causing an elemental effect through counter attack when damaged.

You may RNG 1-4 on turns where your Ruos is damaged. If the result is a 2 then the opponent is hindered with an elemental effect. You may not roll for this again until the current effect fades.

Fire ||Burn|| -5HP for the next three turns
Ice/ Wind ||Frozen|| lose a turns and -5HP for the next three turns
Electricity ||Paralyze|| lose two turns
Water |Waterlogged| RNG 1-6 for the next three turns. if the result is even you miss
Thunder || Deafen -5HP for the next three turns
Light ||Dazzle|| -10HP for the next three turns
Dark ||Blind|| RNG 1-4 for the next five turns, if even you miss.
Poison ||Poison|| -5HP for the next three turns
Earth ||Bury||lose a turn
Death |Disease|| -10HP for the next three turns
Omega | random, RNG 1 - 11 and the result decides the effect from it's posted order.||
