Hello! I know I'm not a very familiar face to some, but I promise I'm not just some dude who popped up outta nowhere! ANYWAY! As a magician, it is very important for me to be able to access the Astral Plane, a feat which I have managed ONCE. In the shower. It felt like Jello. Obiviously, I have tried different ways to get to the Astral Plane, but I cannot! I don't know why! I was wondering if y'all had any tips, rituals, things of that nature to help a magician out. OH! And talk to each other, compare notes and such. Thank you!

I can astral project however I don't know where to start to offer advice on what do do. It's something I've been able to do for as long as I can remember, but I have no control over when I project or for how long for and I can barely remember information found out. Though you do need to be in a relaxed and stress free state of mind.

Like Vox I can occasionally astral project with out trying to. It's something that has been there for as long as I can remember. That was a common thing in my childhood days/ Today its a rare occasion.
There are several recorded guided meditations out there. It is also one of the last lessons in the Temple first degree course. There is a guided meditation CD companion to the book The Inner Temple of witchcraft. Simply called Inner Temple of witchcraft Meditation CD companion.
The first step is to get in the room you are in. Then would be another room in the hose, a walk around the neighborhood, a friends house, school, and then work. Once you have been to all of those places and have confirmed some of the places things are try going some place you have never been but are familiar witth (as in have seen pictures, or have heard descriptions) a city or a musem is the best bet. Try the travel. Then find a picture of the locatrion and compare your notes.

WHat else is on the book/CD The Inner Temple of Witchcraft $19.95 The foundation of the series is found in The Inner Temple of Witchcraft. Rather than focus on rituals and spells before understanding the inner workings of magick and psychic abilities, The Inner Temple provides a thorough course in understanding and directly experiencing magick, developing the inner world skills and psychic “muscles” to continue onward with success. The program outlined emphasizes introspection, meditation and the development of magickal and psychic abilities that are the birthright of the witch. It involves the “oracular” mysteries of psychic development. Four introductory chapters present the history, traditions and principles of witchcraft, followed by thirteen structured lessons starting with basic meditation techniques and culminating with the self-initiation ceremony for the First Degree of the Temple of Witchcraft. penczak books
