Date :: Before second Arrancar revolt where the Villain Chizuru was reveiled.
Location Details :: An old dirt circle located in Karakura forest where Quincy spar and conduct formal duals with non-Quincy enemies.
Specific Details :: Fuyu Arashi came upon a Shinigami and was angered that he/she was in the human world that she challenged him/her to a dual instead of risking damaging anything nearby.
