So, stereotypes. We all have some. Tell me yours!

About Portuguese people:

- People think we're a province of Spain xD
- FISH FISH FISH YUMMY (lies, I hate fish)
- Inbreeders generally live in the northeast part of the country (lies, I'm a northeastern and I rarely seen someone actually inbred xD)
- Obesity
- Women with full-grown mustaches (OK THIS IS KINDA TRUE, I'VE SEEN TOO MANY OF THEM.)

I've read on the internets:

"Explorers with shiny brass helmets with pointy ends and big, poofy pants, carrying a long lance with the flag of Portugal on it, ready at a moment's notice to plunge it into a sandy beach somewhere and claim the country for their monarch."

"a stereotype when it comes to Portuguese people is that they like fish soo much. or they call them porkchops for some reason but that is what i hear about Portuguese people they kind of got a good rep but they are sometime overshadow by the spanish people."

"cheap, loud, family oriented, hard working - but usually associated with blue collar jobs, such as construction and landscaping, great with gardening, will only drive VWs, oh... and the cherry on top... very hairy and will not shave/wax or whatever."

- everyone thinks we talk like steve irwin and bogans D;
- everyone assumes Australian means white, even here its hard to call yourself australian because there is a view that Australian means the white people in this country D:
- everyone loves vegemite, in fact I know very little people who like the taste of vegemite xD
- we bbq everything, I laugh at americans who try to make fun of us by saying 'shrimp on a barbie' but we call them prawns xP

one of my old best friends (she moved aweay in 5th grade and we didnt make the effort to keep in touch until recently) is brazuilian AND jeish, talk about big nose, except in her case its really super true, but it looks good on her, she has a very large face, and a small nose would look stupid
