Giant Chasm
DESCRIPTION - The entire area is one large crater, now overgrown with trees, grass, and wildlife. In order to even get inside, you must first go through a short, but tricky cave filled with rather high-level Pokemon, quite a few of them extraterrestrial in nature. Once there, you will be greeted by even higher-leveled Pokemon as you try to navigate yourself through a maze of trees. In the middle is a tiny pond, but don't get too close! The locals in the nearby town are all afraid to go anywhere near this place, and if you get too close, you might find out why. It is said that disaster will befall anyone who approaches the Giant Chasm, enter if you dare.
LOCATION - Located in the northeastern part of the Unova region, just north of Route 13.
PEOPLE - No one is foolish enough to get anywhere near the Giant Chasm. You must either be brave or stupid.
MYTH/LORE - The people in the neighboring town all speak of a monster that sometimes crawls out of the chasm at night. A large, terrifying beast with the ability to freeze its surroundings in a flash! It has been known to be hostile towards humans, and on occasion will eat them. This is why the town has a curfew, and why no one dares go near the Giant Chasm.
