As the name suggests, Vetra is a series of towns built around giant spires made by the nobility. The higher up a spire you are, the more money and rank you have. The bottom levels belong to the lower class and poverty stricken, their homes like little hands grasping on smooth walls, trying to climb up. It is one of the wealthiest lands on Mari Ref, with the wealth belonging to those of the most prestigous blood. While the upper levels are general safe and lawful, the lower levels are saturated with crimes and Mobs and gangs. However, why should those above care about the ants below them.
