The capital and hub of Mari Ref, it is a luxurious city of white, where the greatest of the great gather to lead the floating continent in its future endeavors. Some of the greatest advancements occured here, whether it be dramatic government changes or advances in science. It is also the central hub of the continent’s armed forces, equipped with the most advance weaponry designed to defend against any of the forces from the planet below. Here sits the Primarch of this continent, leading with a near absolute rule. The Primarch holds almost all the power in the world, part of it given to a congress with which they together decide the future of Mari Ref.
